Ge Gtd33eak 27" Wide 7.2 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer - White

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our dryer! We wanted something simple and reliable. After a year and a half it is still doing the job well!

This is the best dryer I have had. I have the washer to match. It does not have the time sensing feature and I am a so happy! I have had these for at least 5 years and they are the best. The washer is a front end loader!!

Quiet, small outside, large inside. They put the QR code on dryer just above door hinge so it could not be read. Because of this I had to get on my knees and use magnifying glass and flashlight to read model and serial number. Makes no sense to do something to make it easy then make it impossible to do.Also, no way to make buzzer not work when drying done. Very annoying.

Happy enough with the performance, but that buzzer which sounds upon completion could better serve as an alarm to scramble fighter pilots. I'd have welcomed a volume switch.

Do not like this dryer at all. It has a large capacity but it dies not dry well. The temperature is on hot and I have to repeatedly put items back 2 and 3 times for 40 minutes and they still are not dry it makes me very angry and takes me forever to finish my laundry day. Anything with elastic NEVER dries near the elastic. Sorry I bought this product.

Worked perfect for about 2 years. The heat started getting to the point it wouldn't work, then the dryer started "eating" our clothes. Every load had something ripped up until it finally stopped. A metal piece wrapped around our sheets.

GE, I know with today's technology, that we can do better with the lint Compartment on our dryers. We have to wash, dry, and fold our clothes along with many other household chores, the last thing that I want to be doing is trying to find something small enough to reach into the lint area and suck it out because the dryer just doesn't pull the lint or anything else down from the top.

I bought this dryer 4/2022. I got just over 3 years use of it, and now it takes over 2 hours to dry stuff. It is a very big disappointment, and certainly not energy efficient. I contacted GE, and got all kinds of instructions on drying clothes, even though I have been drying clothes for 50 years. They suggested calling for a repair - the machine is less than 4 years old, and in my opinion, that should not be needed. No more GE products for me.

Piece of junk. Less than three (3) years old, it already stopped heating. Too bad I don't have extended warranty, I would have gotten this warranty if I knew then that this dryer will stop working in less than three (3) years.

Worst appliance ever!!! Run!!! Everything about this is bad and sadly it's cheaper to buy a new one than fix it
