I really like this set, it’s a space saver, quiet washes the clothes good, drys quickly and easy to use!!

Really like the oversized doors where I can reach inside the washing machine and dryer very good at cleaning and getting out all the detergent. The dryer is very fast acting. Also, a very quiet running machine does not vibrate my whole house when it's spinning.

I absolutely love this washer and dryer! My clothes always come out clean and the cycle doesn't go on forever. It saves a huge amount of space. The energy used definitely isn't breaking the bank. I was speculating on getting the washer and dryer combo but I never buy anything that has only been on the market for a few years. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I love my washer and dryer thought I had a bit a problem. But worked it out love the big bin for the clothes and a big dryer works beautiful so far like I'm going to thevlaundry because the bin is big like the laundries and spoke to the sales people they helped alit on the phone all so kind and the machine is fast like the cycle features and love ❤️ the dimensions thank you

This product was just installed yesterday. I really haven't had any functioning experience with it yet. It appears to be well-made, well-designed, and conventient to use. My only "issue" has to do with the measurements/dimensions. The "alcove" in my apartment is NOT large enough to house this model. The published dimensions are correct...BUT do not take into account the space needed in the rear of the unit (ie. the vent hose and the 220V box). That adds about 4" to the actual depth of this model, and that is far too big for me. Nonetheless, I will keep the unit and just ignore the fact that I can not close the door to the "alcove" area. But other customers should be aware of this problem.

Great washer and dryer combo. Easy to use with any different options. I like everything about it except these 2 things: spin cycle too long and no buzzer notification at the end of the washing cycle or the dryer cycle. That's why it gets a 4 star instead of a five star.

All in all we have no complaints with the new laundry center. Unfortunately my husband keeps banging his head taking the laundry out of the washer. The capacity for both the washer and dryer is awesome. We bought a light to use to make sure all laundry is taken out as the area is dark.

This is a replacement for my old machine which was pretty much like the new one. I love these machines. BUT THE ONLY REASON I HAD TO REPLACE MY OLD ONE IS BECAUSE WE COULD NOT FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR THE KNOB THAT BROKE AND HAD TO USE PLYERS TO DO THE FUNCTION. NOT GOOD. Otherwise the machine is great or I would not have bought another one

The unit gets the job done well. The washing machine is incredibly noisy for a brand new model. It shakes and wobbles it makes sounds that alarm me to the point where I think something is breaking and have to check the load several times. This is a brand new machine. I would expect it to run silently and to not give me any trouble. But the overwhelming noise and movement that it makes while in progress of washing is something very concerning. I have no problems with the dryer.

Purchased this product due to necessity. Upon delivery noticed that it did not have an agitator. Also, without an agitator, there is not a fabric softner dispenser. Now I have to purchase an infuser ball and in the mean time, I have to time the washer for rinse cycle to manually add fabric softner. Last thing is that this washer doesn't have a load size dial/button. I had to read the manual, to learn how to wash a large load(sheets, bed spread). Overall, it works, it washes well, as for the mention features, I do not like it, as it will get laundries clean.
