shipping problems
this bulb had to be shipped and arrived broken. since i'm in a wheelchair, gave up my license and car, i have to negotiate for a ride to town to return it via fed x and usually return the favor...pop for gas or lunch. since it would cost about the same as the purchase I wrote it off. fortunately I was able to get another lamp at the local walmart pick up the following week. I threw the broken lamp away so no picture.

they need to be packaged and labeled fragile or glass or something to show how fragile they are. My driver just threw on deck with no regards to how fragile they were as they were not marked by Walmart.

don't buy, quickly blown bulb
do not buy. bulb burned out within a week, blew out the glass from the screw base, and I had to remove it from the socket with pliers.

Two of my lights have burned out. It was suggested to buy with a certain heat lamp and it's a terrible combination. Almost $20 down the drain.
