I've purchased these for years in my local Supercenter but they no longer carry them. It was quite a relief to find these online. Great price was an added bonus.
all ready put in use well packed arrived on time and date thank you walmart
I love that I can add this item to my order and if not in stock it's shipped .
I discovered with first delivery it is the WRONG bulb. I probably made the error in ordering, the bulb delivered is for a microwave it is small. What I meant to order was a light bulb 40 watt to light the area over my cooking stove top. The one I received is very small not what I need at all. I am sure it must be my mistake, I am a senior citizen and still learning how to navigate the ordering on line!
Good product %26 price.
The light directly above my stove requires these bulbs. They appear to be a much cheaper to purchase in-store as opposed to online. I just wish they lasted a bit longer. Feels like I'm always having to replace them at the most inconvenient of times...
I purchased a wall unit bed set with overhead lighting approximately 6 years ago. The lightbulbs that were included, and recommended by the manufacturer, were GE High Intensity 40wt bulbs. These bulbs are long lasting, and bright enough to read by at night. I have always been satisfied with this bulb, however, GE has made a change. As I could not find them in the stores, and it did not appear that even GE knew what I was talking about, I found the product on-line and ordered a "5 pack". What I received were 5 individually packaged bulbs, that were labeled "Appliance High Intensity Light 40w". They did not have the same packaging as the picture on-line, so I was concerned that they were the correct bulb. I did open one package, tried it in the socket and it did work, so GE apparently made a change, at least in packaging. I cannot say if the bulb has changed in it's usage, as I have not needed to change bulbs. If it works as well as the previous bulbs then I will be happy.
The glass bulbs are the only size that fits my kitchen stove. They work fine and I never find a bad one, BUT ... they don't have a long life. After 3 months or so, they burn out and I have to put in a new one. I wish GE would make an LED bulb of this particular size.
I needed a lightbulb for the refrigerator and wrote down what watt I needed and they got it wrong they got me the wrong size I've been getting my groceries delivered for about four years and they always forget something when they do a replacement it's usually something I don't even use or it's 10 times bigger I just wish once they would get it right thank you
I replaced my original bulb for my stove hood with this bulb. Didn't last a month. Hopefully this one lasts longer. It doesn't say if it's dimmable or not. My stove hood has 2 modes, full and dim. I need to know if this is why it keeps going out. A little more info would be great.
