GE JB735FPDS Ge 30" Free-standing Electric Convection Range With No Preheat Air Fry

4 years in August 2026 & I don't have ANY complaints about my oven. One of the best choices I've made selecting an appliance for my home/use!

So far, very pleased. Have not used air fryer setting yet, but everything else is great.

I bought this oven as an affordable, entry level appliance. It had high ratings. My only complaint is that a burner failed within the first two years, 10 months after the 1 year warranty. I am holding the rating at 4 stars because I discovered the burner replacement looks easy. I will attempt it myself. It is, however, discomforting that we are reduced to having to purchase extended warranties.

Bought in February 2024, and some of the electric cooktop burners have already stopped working or are only partially functioning (i.e., only the small burners).

The first oven was replaced in the first month and covered by retailer. It was cycling on/off and cutting off. 2 1/2 years later this one is doing the same thing.

Our oven is only two years old, but the panel and stove suddenly stopped working. The range top and knobs still works, but but the panel buttons won’t work, clock will not light up, and oven light does not come on when the door is opened. We had a service call from a local company and they replaced the panel twice and that did not solve the problem. They said that things just aren’t manufactured to last anymore and I’m wondering if this is true. I probably won’t buy a GE oven again.

Glass top cracked after a year. The place I bought an extended warranty from won’t cover it. GE won’t cover it and just gives me a website to buy another oven. I am not wanting another GE oven after my experience with this one. The price of the part is more than I bought the oven for. Very disappointed.

this unit can be described with one word JUNK!! Between myself and my family we had many GE appliances that were quality and great . THe oven does not heat evenly and to temp. I have 2 -3 oven thermometers in the oven and the display temp on the oven does not even match the thermometers this stove is not that old but we are looking to repalce this piece of junk with a new NON GE stove. The graphics on the controls for the burners is terrible to see. To change the oven temp i have to shut the oven off, set the new temp and restart, because you have to stand on your hands and punch a code which does not work to change the temp without turning it off.

Burner already went out second one I've had in 6 years
