GE JNM7196SKSS Microwave Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this microwave. It works fantastically, and it does the job of reheating quickly and efficiently. I would recommend getting. It has lots of room inside, and I love the fact that it looks nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave was top rated in Consumer Reports. Only complaint was heating speed a bit slow. Wattage is a bit lower (1000) than our last microwave (1100). Following a few weeks of use, I’ve found the lower wattage beneficial. Foods that used to boil over no longer do…no more scorched popcorn. Overall, it may take slightly longer to heat but performance is better. Also fan, venting inside, is more powerful.

We bought this microwave at a scratch and dent appliance store. It has worked perfectly and we are pleased with it.

Great microwave. Huge capacity only reason not 5 stars is filter underneath keeps falling out.

This microwave was purchased through home warranty as a replacement. My ge profile is no longer in production( very disappointed). This new one is very loud in comparison & only has half the presets. The worst part is the cook top light which is no brighter than a night light on its highest settings. When I called GE to see if that’s how it’s supposed to be they don’t know . No brighter bulbs are available for this model. I’m told I can’t return or exchange due to it being installed. Buyer beware

THE TOUCHPAD BEEP SOUND STOP OPERATING AFTER 4 YEARS. LAST YEAR WE RECYCLED IT BY UNPLUGGING THE MACHINE AND THEN REPLUGGING IT AND IT WORKED. NOW SAME PROBLEM BUT NO SOUND!!

This microwave was supposedly a replacement for my old one. Very far from it!! My last one was slightly smaller inside but had a shelf, which made a world of difference!! The interior of my last one was white, as opposed to black. It’s difficult to see dirt in this one. VERY POOR REPLACEMENT!

Really disappointed that this isn’t working after only having it for five years. It’s making a humming sound and won’t heat my food up. For how much it costed, it’s not holding up.
