Great smart plugs
These smart plugs work great. I use them with google home app. I use them with google nest. I just ask google assistant to turn on/off whatever is plugged in to one and she handles it. Hands free, love it.

Work Great - Download the CYNC App for set p
Work great, easy to set-up - do yourself a favor and download the CYNC app for setup and then connect to your home hub for voice control, etc.

The app doesn't work anymore
The devices are ok If the app would work. My equipment use to work great . Then 2 weeks ago the app quit working. I talked to support several times. They finally asked if it was ok to delete my account from their end. I said ok if that is what it takes. They sent an email to get my approval to delete my account. I approved again. NO CONTACT with them since then. I've got 20 products of theirs that do not work. I have emailed support several time with no reply. Walmart should remove their product from online and in store sales in my humble opinion. Thank you

Connectivity issues
Connectivity issues with the GE servers. App Always shows the plugs as disconnected even though they are connected to my home network and I don't have internet issues.
