1 defective bulb
The original delivery date was changed to a later date. One (1) of the eight (8) bulbs was defective and does not work.

Less Lumens than Advertised.
You advertised 430 lumens but sent me bulbs that are 390 lumens. I understand that it does not seem to be much difference but it is a 10% reduction in brightness or visible light this bulb produces. So my question is will you be discounting me 10% in my purchase price? If that wasn't enough my order was delayed. As a side note to everyone these are GE bulbs but produced in Hungary. I suppose I will work with these since returning them is a bigger hassle. Truth matters !
