I ordered this to help with the clutter of visable cords and and plugs. I love it! It is a high quality product, it is durable and it helped me accomplish my goal! It provides 620 joules of surge protection. It features an automatic shutdown technology to help protect your home or office. You have the ability to hang it up or lay it flat along a wall. I love the cord, its a braided cord that isn't to long, making it convenient and "hideable". Affordable on a family budget.

the recent winter storm took my new coffee maker out....so not only am I replacing the coffee maker, I'm trying to keep it from surges.... I also didn't know that extra electricity from solar panels and whole house generators bleed into the grid...so if you purchase small appliances, get a surge protector

Good for the price. Gets the job done. Serves it's purpose but no extras. No USB, no other connections and short cord but for a basic. It's perfect. No lit indicator light. Just a line for the ON function. Overall worth it if you just want a basic for 6 plugs. Sturdy material. Nice brand.

I bought for a TV recently returned due to manufacturer defect so i haven't used it but the value seems really good. I'll keep it for something else or when i decide to buy a replacement for the one i sent back.

This is what I expected with this product- However the app itself on the couriers side needs to be fixed- It took 4 couriers and 3 days to deliver this product to me- First delivery the app directed courier to deliver my item to the wrong aptmnt complex- Second theu 4th deliveries the app did not state my aptmnt number and once did not show my address only the name of the street... This was the most frustrating delivery experience and never experienced this before- However since the first week of November ********* all thru to current- January *********- I have not received several of my orders and some claimed to be delivered yet never were- This has got to be fixed-

Works fine, but I don't like that the power button is recessed, and there is no color to distinguish it from the rest of the body. Makes finding the button difficult. The low profile plug is great, and still works fine when the cord is going in the opposite direction from the tail angle.

How GE? How did you make the best quality surge protector I have ever held. Fantastic plastic feel, heavy duty as well. Ports are snug but not tight. BRAIDED CORD??? good coloration. Flat plug. I genuinely was in love until....NO LIGHTS OR ON OFF INDICATOR. Literally never have seen an outlet without power and groundling lights. Nor are there any words indicating the on/reset positions for the switch. This makes me more angry than a cheap power outlet. GE needs to immediately add lights and writing for the power switch. This will be the greatest surge protector ever once they do that.

I just purchased this cord protector and used it for the first time. After I plugged in my third item, it shorted out and stopped working. I tried plugging and unplugging etc. It would supply power for a second and then no longer. I bought the product thinking that since it's a GE brand, it would be higher quality. Please note that after I purchased it, I saw on the box that it is not made by GE. It is manufactured by Jasco, which only licenses the GE name/trademark. Maybe I got a defective product. The cord and plug are nice, however, there isn't an indicator light on the surge protector showing that power is on which would be helpful.

Super super hard to plug in things. The ones with three prongs, struggled to get it plugged in. Don't use in kitchen, as the cord is not plastic but fabric. The on off button is on the side set in a space that is small and hard to get finger in to turn off.
