Ge Profile Pdt715s 24" Wide 16 Place Setting Built-In Top Control Dishwasher - Fingerprint

Bought this dishwasher to replace an aging, but still working GE dishwasher after 15 years of hard use. The new features and internal rack system far exceeds the previous unit. Love the top of door controls as well as the WiFi and app features. The unit is so quiet you can barely tell it's running unlike the old unit's clunk, clunk, clunk noise during the wash cycle. Dishes come out sparkling clean and there is no residue/marks left on glassware. The adjustable rack is a great feature as are the retractable tines in the lower unit. The WiFi notification of amount of time left and the cycle completion features are very nice as well.

We can fit quite a bit of dishes in there. Only downside is that the cycles take a while to finish. But all in all, we love it.

The dishes are always totally clean, super dry, and the silverware never comes out with food residue. Peanut butter knives are sparkling clean! I love the 3rd rack for large utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so quiet!!! The light feature on the outside is very helpful- it's so quiet you don't know it's on. The capacity is perfect for me, the number of cycles is perfect and the installer had it put it in no time. Clean and professional. And the little slide drawer on the top is the best.

The dishwasher is easy to operate and is very quiet. The only concern is that the top rack does not allow easy access to loading the areas in the very back of the rack. The specialty rack on the very top of the dishwasher is a handy rack for knives and other cutlery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, we upgraded from a GE dishwasher to a Profile GE dishwasher with external handle serving excellently as a towel rack and it is too quiet. The top rack pulls the whole way out and does not drop plus a large utensil rack.

I feel it could have been a better design. You can barely fit very much in that small tray. The whole rack should have been for the utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was super simple, the wifi connection and app are very convenient and easy to use. It washes the dishes well but the bottom holds a little bit of water and causes a slight old water smell if the dishwasher isn't ran daily

Started leaking out of the door after a month. Suspect high dry boost messed the seals up since some mixing bowls I've had 20 years showed permanent plastic deformation afterwards. This was when the leaking started. Stopped using the high dry boost. Now the bottom spinner that sprays the water is significantly melted. Would not recommend.

Discovered water damage on the side panel of cabinets adjacent to the dishwasher, that was installed less than two months ago.
