So excited about seeing all it can do… love love LOVE!! I checked several times to even see if it was functioning because I heard zero noise. I am a short person (5.2) and the depth of the wash tub is longer than my arm! Plenty of room for my heavier larger bedding even with the agitator. So many control options including a SOAK cycle!!!! This washer is truly amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm liking this machine. My ge frontload needed an upgrade and this was my choice. The controls are easy to use and pretty much self explanatory. My clothes come out clean and fresh. The machine, aside what people are complaining about, is quiet. I am surprised because I was expecting it to be noisy. The water level is adequate for the size load it sensed. When I opened the app, it automatically new I had a new machine and asked if I wanted to add it to my account. So far, I'm happy with my purchase. I do recommend this model

It's really big but I haven't pushed the limits of its capacity yet. It's quiet with any load so far. I'm nervous about the glass top and the controls not being old fashioned dials.

So far, we love the new washer made in America in Louisville Kentucky. Easy push button digital dials. Turn the know to you desired settings and relax. Much quieter than our 3 year old Maytag that kept having problems. I think we're back in love with GE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole experience of getting the washer was great and the discount for veterans. The only thing that needs improvement is the operating manual. This is a high tech machine and needs a simple manual.

I purchased this washer in March 2025. Since that time, I've had 4 service calls because the machine goes out of balance quite often. After the first service call in April 2025, GE advised the tech to replace the tub and the 4 suspension rods. This was done, but it did not change anything as it still goes out of balance. I have to say that when it's not dancing across my laundry room floor, it's a decent machine with great features and cycles, huge capacity and easy to use controls, but I have to babysit it. I cannot do a load of laundry without being close by. If it goes out of balance, it is very loud and rough. I have to pause the machine, rearrange the load, push the machine back into place, then start it up again. Towels, sheets and jeans go out of balance constantly. I'm at the end of my rope with this machine. I was told by one service tech that I probably use too much detergent and have buildup on the basket which is causing the out of balance to occur. This is ridiculous. We have soft water and don't need to use as much detergent. I use washing machine cleaner monthly, and we wash full, balanced loads: towels, sheets, jeans, lightweight items, etc. I would really like to have GE take the machine back and refund me for what I paid.

Horrible quality lib broke, stopped working a month after we had it and it took 3 months to get a new replacement, new one just as bad
