Love everything about this washing machine, including the huge capacity, quiet operation and the choice of washing cycles. The best features are the wifi connection with the notifications about the cycle completion, and the tumble option to reduce wrinkles after the cycle, and the venting system to dry the machine after a cycle. The 20-minute quick wash option s is really handy. Last, it's very effective and takes out stains my old machine couldn't budge.

Ability to handle large loads is why I selected this washer. I have found it to be very efficient so far. No odor issues yet but I not had long. I do like the ability to vent the inside to help prevent mold or slime buildup. Looks gorgeous in my laundry room!

I love the way you can do load after load of washers and not worry about putting laundry detergent in every time this makes it easier and also helps me to decide how much soap should be put in on that particular load so I don't overload the washer with too much soap the washer seems to clean very well and operate quietly

I love it! The capacity is so big! I can fit so many clothes and it washes perfectly. I can control it from my phone and I downloaded additional cycles. It was super easy to connect to the WiFi.

We upgraded to a newer unit, however the control panel changed and there is no light switch to turn off or on, only when door is open. just a difference not knowing it did not have this capability like the older model for turning the light on whenever we wnted

Website needs some Work keeps locking up takes over three minutes to get the email. Don't know what's going on. My Internet is cable. It's fast it works.

Don't waste your money on this washer. It doesn't put enough water in the wash cycles to even get all your clothes wet and that's with the extra water enabled and only half loaded. If there's even a smidge of off balance then it wont spin. Just a garbage product. Save yourselves the money and buy a refurbished old top loader or a washer from any other company.

I've had mine for just under 3 years now and the water pump just stopped working. I'd had my prior set of Frigidaire washer and dryer for almost 15 years and gave those away because they still worked! I wanted this newer sleeker looking GE Profile washer, which was much more expensive, thinking I would have it for at least 10+ years. I'm so disappointed to have it stop working after just over 2 years. Especially considering the price point!!

This is the second washer we've purchased in less than two years. The first one made it just a few weeks outside of the warranty period before failing. This was less than two weeks after replacement of the matching dryer that also failed. We weren't offered any assistance from the dealer or GE. We've owned several washers and dryers that have lasted several years. To have both "Top of the line" fail within weeks of warranty expiration is ridiculous.

Do not buy this machine mine broke after not even a full year of use and GE will not come out and fix it. We are very easy on our appliances and we only used it for six months for a family of two run. Fast do not consider this.
