[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the capacity of this washer. Very large. Quiet. I can track cycle progress on my phone. Controls are bright and easy to navigate. Has separate compartments for each cycle to add detergent and softener. Great performance overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it's the first load, it's working perfectly. Easy to use dials and the wash is great. We love the size to be able to wash our large blankets and comforters. Also the delivery was great, the guy's were awesome!

It is so much larger than any I have had before and I really appreciate that I can wash my bedspreads, large blankets, and get a whole load done in one wash. It no longer takes me hours to wash, then dry while washing another load, and another all day until all washing is done. One load of darks, one load of whites. Done! I love the window in the lid. I can see where the load is unbalanced when the barrel starts knocking against the sides. I like the easy adjustment for each load when considering the temp, how many spins, etc... And the sweet little sound that indicates it is starting and ending is pleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer and dryer in April of this year, We had the lid already broke twice. This will be the 3rd lid putting on the washer has a issue from the washer and washer lid connecting together.

Well…. I talked myself out of purchasing a speed queen and boy do I regret it! I have only had this washing machine for a little over a year and already having issues. Never again

Within the first 90 days the unit malfunctioned and would not complete the drain spin cycle. The drum does not move and there is an aggressive grinding sound emanating from the bottom of the drum.

Junk. Do not buy. Bought in June of 2024 and doesnt work now in September of 2025.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER. IT DOES NOT WASH YOUR CLOTHES PROPERLY. IT ALSO JUMPS AROUND LIKE IT HAS A CEMENT BLOCK IN IT WITH SMALL LOADS. HAVE DOGS? FORGET IT, YOU WILL NEVER GET THE HAIR OFF THESE CLOTHES AFTER YOU WASH THEM. SPOKE TO GE CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND THEY SAID THEY CANT DO ANYTHING BC THEY DONT WORK THE WAY I WANT THEM TO WORK! I WANT THEM TO WASH AND DRY MY CLOTHES, YA KNOW LIKE A WASHER AND DRYER ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT OR YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH GARBAGE LIKE I AM

We do Not like this washer from day 1. It is not useful for anything except clothing. It saves water by barely enough water to wet the clothes evenly even on the deep fill setting. You can Not Wash blankets comforters or pillows without issues and constantly it ending the cycle with sopping wet stuff. Then change the setting to drain and spin and it goes out of wack another 10 times. Then fills back up with water to try to r balance then drain again and then out of balance again. It's a horrible machine. I'm really unhappy that I chose one that is not acceptable.
