We absolutely love our new washer and dryer. We spent a few weeks looking at all the different options before deciding on the GE profile and are very impressed. The load capacity is massive and the feel of the machine feels very high quality compared to a lot of other options we looked at.

I had a top load washer and dryer for five years and hated it. Wanted this model because of the new technology on the antibacterial rings so they don't mold. I love pairing it to my phone so it tells me when the load is done. The capacity is incredible.

I love the size of my washer. It is pretty quiet except for when it is in spin cycle. I love the features especially the door features to prevent mold. I wish I could get it to make a signal when cycles are finished.

I've only been using it for a couple of weeks. So far I'm very impressed with how quickly it dries the clothes. I also love the steam function, especially when I don't get the clothes out until the next day.

This is a VERY nice dryer. It really moves a lot of air, which gets clothes dry much quicker. THe lint trap is very efficient and very easy to clean.

Overall the dryer does a great job and the fact it pulls the wash info through WiFi to know how to dry is neat. My only complaint is there doesn't seem to be an auto anti-wrinkle function when the load is dry. It can be initiated through the app, but I'd like to select the option with the load and have it done automatically like my old dryer did.. I'm also not a fan of the "clamshell" style lint filter. It seems like a component that will fail sooner than later and have to be replaced.

Love the speed and capacity of this dryer, but the lint trap is horrible. Lint collects on the outside of the trap and all around the door seal. If you don't know to clean the exposed top of the trap before unloading (like my kids), then the lint that collected there gets all over the clean clothes. I am constantly cleaning lint from all over the door and outside of the trap.

I'm very disappointed with this dryer machine because it has a serious safety problem. The dryer continues running even when the door is open, which should never happen. This is dangerous because clothes keep spinning while the door is open, creating a risk of injury. It also shows poor quality and unreliable performance. It does not dry clothes at all, even after running a full cycle. I expected a safe and dependable appliance, but this has been frustrating and concerning. I would not recommend this dryer based on my experience.
