We switched our Samsung washer and dryer to GE Profile series and are extremely happy with the performance and the build quality of these machines. We highly recommend upgrading to GE profile series.

the dryer works well and is quiet. the only thing is that I find that for large loads it doesn't dry as well, either have to set the time lone or raise the heat level higher, but other than that it works great. Haven't tried the steam sanitize function yet.

Let me start by saying this is a very nice looking set, love the matte blue look. Fairly easy to use but plenty buttons to keep you busy. Very large capacity so it definitely is great for large families, tons of linen or blankets and runs very quietly, although I do find I have to run the dryer twice the larger the load, not a biggie but for energy consumption its gonna cost. The only real issue I have is the LINT TRAP!! This is the worse design ever! Its so many small slots on the top its hard to dig it out the lint that when you slide clothes in or out it gets all over the clothes, and cleaning the whole fold out design is taskful and messy.

So far, no issues. Dries quick enough. However, the lint trap is a disaster. Whoever decided to put so many nooks and crannies on a lint trap needs to be fired. The fact it made it all the way to market with this horrendous design speaks very poorly of everyone who had a hand in its design and push to market.

The lint filter fills up and gets into all over the clothes in the dryer. If I take it out first it spills all over the floor. It is VERY messy. I never had a problem with my whirlpool dryer that I had for twenty two years. Also the washer and dryer don't remove the pet hair. I never had that problem with my whirlpool washer and dryer. I'm very disappointed with these two machines.

I was so excited to get a brand new washer and dryer and had done research on what I wanted in a set. These products could not be more disappointing. We haven't even had them a year and multiple issues with the dryer not heating or taking way too long to dry. I'm over it. Will never buy again.

This is not a good product. It often fails to adequately dry clotes and has eaten buttons off of 8 button up shirts in about 5 months of ownership. If I could return it, I absolutely would. For as expensive as these machines are, there is no excuse for these flaws.

Dryer worked for one day and it has been over 3 weeks and we are still waiting for it to get fixed. Don't understand why the dryer wouldn't have been replaced, because this is a major inconvenience!

Only had this combo for a few days so far, will need to give a more accurate review as time goes by, but as of now the dryer will not dry, multiple attempts per load, very frustrating. Energy efficient is not going to happen here, burning electric and spending lots of $$$ going to the laundry mat
