The ice is delicious we all love to put some in our drink and chew on it it's very soft the only complaints I would have about it it is pretty loud when it's running in the kitchen and you have to refill the water container often and it doesn't make a super fast you could never keep up with a party making mixed drinks with it you would have to make a bunch in advance and bag it up

Fantastic but cleans lots
Only thing I have against it, is has to be cleaned 4 times a week and after using for 9 days it already has to be descaled. As for making ice ir is awesome. Makes it fast.

Screeching and grinding
When it works, I love the ice. I've had several and continue to run into an issue where the unit screeches and grinds in the middle of the night. Extremely loud. Returning a system like this is painful.

Had it for about 6 months, it started making weird noises when it was making ice. I cleaned it regularly and used reverse osmosis water.

it sucks,i have been trying to return it for 2 weeks,the bar c I de you gave me doesn't work ,and noone knons what to do. i want my money back . i have talked to customer service at least 10 times. yesterday ,rhey kept hanging up,or they keep reading from que cards. i am getting an attorney if i don't have an answer by monday

Software said and GE won't pickup return only drop-off and there's no Walmart near me nevermind that is incredibly heavy!
