My only complaint is that it is too quiet. I have to leave a note so my husband doesn’t open it while running. But seriously, super quiet, cleans great. Fits more than my last dishwasher. Third rack is a plus.

Quiet and works. Would prefer to have NO WIFI and still be able to run all the options. Go back to simple and reliable.

It cleans very well, but needs some work in some of the features. The silverware tray hits on the seal when pushing the bottom rack back in and its very annoying. The top rack is hard sliding in and out like the glides are bad. But at the same time, it likes to slide itself out after closing the rack. Happy with the cleaning, but the features need work for future revision.

It takes far too long to do a load. the dry is way too hot! Larger Food particles are not removed from bottom Having to clean a screen catch basket disgusting! It has standing water and slim that created an unsanitary environment!! This is a Profile model supposed to be top of line. I purchased because I have Profile line from 10 years ago and loved those… this is not nearly as good! Will not buy this product line in the future

I hate hate hate this dishwasher. I bought it in 11/2023 and yes it still runs, but there is so many annoying things about it. I bought it because it was a higher tier dishwasher and it was silent. I can vouch for how quiet it is, but there's too many plastic components inside that fail. It first started with the left side wheels. They snap onto the bottom shelf and after enough hot washes and stress on the plastic keeping it on, the wheels fall off almost every single time I pull out the bottom shelf. I finally switched it up with the back wheels, but I only think it is a matter of time before those fail. I anticipate no issues with the right side since they attach in a way that gets pushed back on when you pull out the shelf. The next thing to fall off and have to be put back on after every wash now is the top basket sprayer. It's more of a pain to attach than the wheel because you have several attachment points, all of which have failed. I know, I didn't buy the extended warranty, but come on, expecting important plastic parts to last in an appliance that regularly has extreme temperatures is an obvious point of failure. My Sears appliance had none of these issues in the 18 years I owned it. I'm just really let down and annoyed.

After failed repairs to a melting spray arm we got a replacement that still has the failed design of an exposed heating element that too easily has hot spots and slowly melts the spray arm until it causes leaks on the floor and ultimately melts the spray arm so it'll fuse to the heating element. Otherwise it works just well enough. Overall I'd look elsewhere and avoid exposed heating elements.

D/W is 6 weeks old. Lower wash arm has melted from the heating element below it. Very bad design. Cheap materials used in a relatively expensive d/w. It will happen again. This same problem is all over the internet. We bought 4 new ge appliances all at once. GE should be ashamed. Totally unacceptable. .

Smells and leaks, not even a year, maybe 10 uses. Not impressed, friend got a quarter of the cost random brand and it is run longer without massive damage due to leaks.

From my old profile dishwasher to my new profile the craftsmanship is not there . My older one was much better in all capacities. Not sure about this new one but not real happy with it . May sell .
