[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the product works great! Very easy to install and very quiet.

This new dishwasher was purchased on January 29th, 2024 from our local Best Buy and is an upgrade from our previous LG washer. The installation was flawless which is a key factor for ensuring proper operation and long-term reliability. Machine is extremely quiet, efficient, and the dishes including those made of plastic are thoroughly clean and dry using the AutoSense and Normal DryBoost setting in combination with the dishwasher's heated coil. I have yet to use any dry enhancer liquid to achieve an adequate level of drying which lowers its cost of ownership - would recommend Cascade Platinum Plus for best cleaning performance and avoiding long-term detergent build-up both inside the tub and on the rubber seals. Best of all, no more mold found inside the dishwasher due to the MicroBan coating of interior components, in combination with the stainless steel tub, something we always had to deal with in the past with our old LG washer and created a health hazard. Fingerprints and smudges hide well within reason due to its stainless steel coating. Florida's humid weather also contributed to the dishwasher's problem. The exterior is easy to clean with a damp microfiber towel - be sure to refrain from using harsh chemicals to protect the stainless steel coating. Try to clean out the filter inside the but at least once per week and you'll be fine. The dishwasher runs quiet and long-term reliability remains to be seen, but after a few months of operation we have no issues to report. Have not tried all the dishwasher's features at this point so can't comment on those but so far we're pleased with the performance and price point.

I love all the upgrades on this ge Profile dishwasher. 3rd rack, adjustable top rack, notification light spelled out for everyone to read (washing, drying, clean) My only concern is how often it cycles to sanitize when the machine is not being used. Oh and why do I need to hook it up to wifi? To start it up remotely?

We shall see if it holds up to its great features that are offered over the next few months as we just Purchased and installed on 6/4/2022. Ran 1st load of dishes and ran so quite had to keep getting close to it and checking on timer count down and sure enough it was doing it's thing. Everything came out dry and crystal clear and our water source is on the hard side with that being said very pleased with 1st use results. The 4 extra cup direct water jet stems and the utensils extra jets under the basket are a great added feature and the Microban and many many more. Wish I could have gone for a 5 star but to new yet to say 5 so I'll start with 4. Thanks G.E.

The 3rd rack is a nice touch, but less than 24 hrs in and removed it so I can add wine and tumblers in the glass rack. WiFi works great, especially with the Cascade specific option. Like to see progress of cycle on my phone since GE continues to hide control panel. This unit is SUPER QUIET!

This dishwasher has many great attributes. It’s super quiet, in fact when I first ran it I wasn’t sure it was running. It does a great job cleaning and I love that it sends messages through the SmartHQ app when it is done and I can use the app to check on a cycle. However the dishwasher has an extremely. annoying flaw, the door does not lock when you begin a cycle and often stops running because it says the door has opened. No apparent reason for this occurring, if they fix this I would give this 5 stars.

I thought I did good research, but I would NOT purchase this again and would return if I could. This replaced an original to the house Amana dishwasher with one wash cycle. + Fits the large plates + Very quiet + Looks great (Got the pocket handle) + Third rack Note: We pre-rinse our dishes so they aren’t going in filthy - Leaves food on bowls in top rack - Jets don’t completely clean smoothie cups -Have to use heavy wash otherwise it doesn’t clean much -If you lower the second track, the blades hit the plates in the bottom rack, so it doesn’t work properly -If we keep second rack at top (which we have to do-see above), my ninja smoothie cups hit the third rack and it doesn’t close unless perfectly positioned -Our dishwasher did not come with the third rack shown in the model’s pictures, but with the one from the slightly cheaper similar model. We had to contact GE to get the correct one. We are at a loss as to how this is such a bad dishwasher. When it was working, and even when completely full, the 18-year-old Anna always cleaned our dishes perfectly. We had planned on buying a GE profile range and refrigerator this year, but now we are not so sure.

Would’ve rated the dishwasher well had it not leaked from first use. In investigating the source of the leak, I found the stainless steel tub has a 1.5” crack in it. Now the hassle of having a service call . The dishwasher should be replaced…but I’m sure they’ll weasel out of that.

DO NOT BUY - product has a legit design flaw in its bottom rack left roller. The piece constantly falls off and if you’re unaware it will get melted inside. You’ll realize when it is too late by a burning plastic smell. Unsure how the reviews are glowing here, but if you seek out the specific parts reviews for the attachment and wheels (they are considered separate parts) you’ll see its a common and recurring issue for consumers.
