[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 18" GE Profile dishwasher is working out perfectly for us, we are a small family of two that did Not own a dishwasher in our kitchen. Small in size but efficient for us. Glad we decided to buy the GE brand
Moved into a smaller home and was worried that an 18" dishwasher would be too tiny...boy was I proven wrong! This held all the dishes for one day dirtied by 2 adults (pots and pans too). And it's so quiet, could not hear it across the (small) room and did not have to turn up the volume on the tv. I love this dishwasher.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good on this small scale dishwasher! We had another one of these purchased in 2006 at another home and it was very loud - this new version is really, really quiet compared to that one. It cleans the dishes well. My only complaint is small - the start button isn't quite as intuitive as it should be. Took me a couple of tries but I figured it out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this dishwasher. Compact with plenty of room inside. Has a quick cycle that get everything clean in no time. After this I will never go back to a full size dishwasher. It's quiet and looks great !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. Noise way lower than my 22 year old GE dishwasher. Capacity just right for 18" wide appliance or 6-8 persons. Perfected my Thanksgiving turkey gravy during the test Cycles after installation. My Energy will be better in the morning, but... I will be wondering why my appliances always break just before Thanksgiving or Christmas?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best packaging design I have seen. But pkg this did not prevent base of door on both sides from being bent. I cannot imaging the force that caused dents. I straightened dents. Door closes ok. Also external rubber seal on one side crimped. In my case this seal did not impact installation. Washer works properly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The install was quick and easy. They ran a rinse cycle and it was so quiet that even without additional noise to cover it you didn't hear it. I thought the controls on top were odd but I'm not hating it. We haven't ran a load yet but it looks like a decent load size can be ran.
The dishwasher is small, compact and fits perfectly into my space. It is quiet but the dry cycle does not dry out the inside of the appliance. The dishes are dry but the dishwasher is not. You have to leave it open for hours for it to dry. There are not that many controls which is nice. The installers did a good job.
Quiet dishwasher. Good capacity. Easy to operate. The dry cycle leaves the dishes clean and dry but the inside of the unit is wet. You have to keep it propped open to dry it out or you need to manually dry it out. Do not close it after emptying or it will have moisture.
The lack of a drying cycle is beyond frustrating. I had this machine installed last week and already regret it. The owners manuel didn't state that the user should open the door of the machine after the final cycle to allow the contents to dry. I only read this while online trying to see if there is a drying setting I didn't see When I start the machine and leave the room, I need to deal with wet dishes and glassware even hours after the machine has completed the load I feel duped and naive that I had 'assumed' that the machine had a drying cycle. So much for convenience🥺
