We love our new washer. The large capacity helps when we have dog beds and mats to wash. Much quieter than our old machine. We didn't think we would want a machine with all of the added buzzers and bells and features we thought we would never use, but we like this machine, and it has everything. We never thought that we would need a washer so technologically advanced, but this is definitely what we needed.

Great product beautiful color fantastic features my only question is why do you make the washer and dryer tops different depths One is 32 inches deep and the other is 34.

With its large capacity I can wash comfortably large blankets and comforters. Drying process I have to use 2 full cycles to ensure proper drying but definitely will do the job!

It's a front loading washer. It is much louder than my previous front loading washer. It seems to work fine so far. I have only had it for about 3 weeks right now. I like that I can get notifications when the wash cycle is done. It isn't as green as it shows online. It looks black with a green tint. Barely a green tint. I also like the detergent dispenser. I am still getting used to not pouring detergent into the drawer for most loads.

I have had these for a bit now. All of a sudden it doesn't finish a load. It kicks off like it's done, but everything is soaked. It doesnt spin out and drain. The tub is still sitting with water in it. I have to empty and wring out the laundry. Then I have to drain it and unplug the machine for it to reset. This is an every week issue now.

Worked beautifully a handful of times after being delivered on May 5th. Within 2 weeks the inside glass shattered while a cycle was going. Water leaking everywhere, glass all over my kids load of laundry. The glass tore through clothes and tiny shards were stuck to the fabric so the entire load of clothes had to be thrown out. Extremely disappointed ! New washer and new clothes now need to be purchased.

It's supposed to have a balancing feature...it does not. The machine shakes and moves from side to side. Supposed to have an automatic soap dispenser...can't tell. I don't see suds on any setting. Supposed to run quietly, not at all. Overall, I made a terrible investment. On the other hand, it does look nice.

I’m was happy with GE appliances but that all changed when I had a washing machine for about 2 years and then it died all of a sudden it’s probably a control board and by the time u pay for someone to come look at it u might as well get a new one for the cost of a repair

This washer gets such a bad moldy, mildewy smell. I wash it once a month, use the correct detergent etc. It still gets such a bad odor. I try to wipe it down after each load but seriously, should I have to do that? Washing machines are supposed to make your life easier. This one takes more time to maintain than it saves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Listen to the negative reviews. They are real and I truly wish I "did my homework" before buying this washer. I got my washer and dryer set from a local big box electronics and appliance retailer. In just under two years, repair men have been to my home FOUR, I am not joking FOUR TIMES to repair this washer. It's gone through more than one "control board" and now it needs an "inverter board" for the drive motor and an 'accelerometer' as well. When this washer works, it's amazing, it cleans well and very efficient. The ability to start your wash load from the app is nice with alerts telling you that your clothes are finished. That's the end of the fun stuff. This has got to be the most unreliable washer I have ever owned. Given this was virtually top of the line as a washer is an insult and I have owned "cheaper" machines that lasted way longer than this. Of course I am outside the one year GE warranty so each repair was very expensive. I know GE won't do anything to stand behind the product as I am outside the 1 year mark but I am warning you that you if even thought about this machine because of the perception that GE appliances are the best - you're sorely mistaken. Even my parents used this brand growing up. Never again.
