[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm liking this machine. My ge frontload needed an upgrade and this was my choice. The controls are easy to use and pretty much self explanatory. My clothes come out clean and fresh. The machine, aside what people are complaining about, is quiet. I am surprised because I was expecting it to be noisy. The water level is adequate for the size load it sensed. When I opened the app, it automatically new I had a new machine and asked if I wanted to add it to my account. So far, I'm happy with my purchase. I do recommend this model

Furthermore, it has been notably quiet during normal wash cycles.

The large capacity is one of its best features, easily handling bulky loads like bedding, towels, and multiple loads of laundry at once, which saves both time and effort. The washer cleans thoroughly, runs quietly, and offers plenty of cycle options to fit different laundry needs. One of my favorite features is the connected technology. Being able to monitor cycle progress and receive notifications through the app is extremely convenient, especially on busy days when you're multitasking around the house. Overall, this washer has been reliable, efficient, and very easy to use. If you're looking for a high-capacity washer with smart features and great performance, I highly recommend it.

So far it seems to be cleaning very well and is a vast improvement over my previous LG washer that did not have an agitator. I think the agitator models clean much better. It is, however, slightly noisier than my previous washers, but not unbearable. I like the clear lid on the top and the easy to use dials.

Everything is awesome about this washer EXCEPT SPIN CYCLE!! The balancing is terrible, the noise when it's trying to balance is terrible and the washer ending the cycle and leaving clothes soaking wet because it can't balance is unacceptable.

I have had this washer for a couple months, I bought it after a lot of research. Here are the positives. The machine has an agitator which was a must have for my family, even with the agitator it's still very large inside. The machine has a deep fill option which actually fills the drum with enough water to wash dirty loads. The washer has many options to accommodate any type of load you can think of, it also has a setting that will remember your favorite wash setting. Overall, it washes clothes quite well. One downside to this machine is how LOUD it is. With all the positives this really is a huge downside, especially if the washer sits in the middle of your floor plan. This machine is not just noisy it's so loud it sounds like a jet engine is in my house, it's truly mind blowing how loud it is. I am also concerned with the ability to balance when rinsing, the machine makes loud banging noises even if the clothes are properly placed in a balanced way when loading the machine. This makes me think the machine will fail rather quickly. It is a good washer but just be aware of the noise level and how it relates to your house layout and your family. Also be aware of the bizarre loud bangs and the struggle the machine has when trying to balance during the spin cycle.

This washer is probably the worst in filling up your load with water. It pretty much just splashes your clothes with water. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I figured out that if you use the “bulky” setting on all your loads as well as the deep fill… it will fill it up to as high as your load is. Which ends up being more than most washers now a days. So if you're like me and water is important in getting your laundry done then bulky setting is the way to go.

2nd load done (Same day as delivery), washer starting making a grinding noise during wash cycle.

I am very disappointed in how this machine selects the water level. On normal wash the level is no more than 2inches. Clothes seem to grind. Some are not even wet. I do not load a lot of items even, knowing that the water will be a problem. Don't like the machine at all. Called customer help was told to use bulky. Seems a water waste which I try to avoid. Is there some way to get the water level right instead of choosing bulky?
