Omg! This washer is the best washing machine I have had in 10 yrs. It has an agitator which you can order without, but I absolutely love having an agitator again. The water level can be adjusted so you can add extra 3 gallons, or you can have it filled to the top. I connected it to my cell phone so I can now check my phone to see if its done without going up and down the stairs. There are also different modes for the different types of items you want washed. I love it and am so happy with it. Their dryer is great too!

I love that the app tells me when the cycle is over. My only complain is washing heavy blankets, it won't spin it. I us it's too heavy. I had to et the blanket out when it was so heavy still with water and hang it to dry. Other than that it works great!

For GE to state it is the top of the line washing machine, I have to disagree. The signal that indicates the wash has ended is in the lower end and smaller machine. This machine has none. Also no pause button if something has to be corrected or added to the wash . Very surprised and disappointed by the lack of ease in running the machine.

Capacity is good, the technology ie light touch control pad is a bit awkward and I'm sure will not last long. The overall performance of the washer is very loud. The locking mechanism latches randomly throughout the cycle and is very loud. Pretty much everything about the wash cycles are loud. This was an insurance credit purchase with only three units to choose from.

I'm a fan with GE over 50th years . Also. I'm a mechanical contractor as well. We're love to see a/c and all appliances in name GE. A couple things I liked to share about wifi operating to the appliances was not there yet ( meant to technologies ) 2nd the appliances spinning so loud / noisey unable to setup a quitely . But we still love to heard back the branch : Kenmore and GE.

I am very disappointed in how this machine selects the water level. On normal wash the level is no more than 2inches. Clothes seem to grind. Some are not even wet. I do not load a lot of items even, knowing that the water will be a problem. Don't like the machine at all. Called customer help was told to use bulky. Seems a water waste which I try to avoid. Is there some way to get the water level right instead of choosing bulky?

Not happy with the lint issues of this machine. Dark fleece materials continue to come out looking dirty with what appears to be lint of some type. The agitator does not seem to do anything to impact cleaning. Too thin at the bottom to agitate any of the laundry

This washer is a piece of crap. It hasn't worked since day one. The first load, I had to unplug the washer to get it to run. It worked for 3 loads. Today it took 4 tries to get it to fill. Now it is full of water, won't run, won't drain. Don't waste your money.

Worst purchase of a life time -- I usually don't mind doing laundry but now I Loath it -- you can not see the water when it is washing -- even on a 'deep fill' there is no water, just enough to get everything wet. Even with little people's clothes the same shirt which just got wet bc of the water coming down never moves it stays in the same spot just loves left and right never goes down. Washing my sons coveralls with a deep fill and little care they don't get clean and thats with 2 child's coveralls. Would not ever recommend to anyone unless their clothes are clean going in. Worthless machine -- idk if we bought a lemon or if all the machines are like this. I am extremely disappointed and probably will never purchase a ge again bc of this machine.

Not happy at all. Our dark clothes end up with a whitish residue, even when using only a stable spoon of detergent and separating out any items with higher lint content. Then it seems like we always need to rebalance loads during the spin cycle regardless of how balanced the load is initially.
