The efficiency and technology of this washer is beyond what I expected. The dispensing feature and capacity of the drum saves me so much time and effort. I've not had a washer I've loved so much with its performance, features, aesthetics and more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is fantastic. I love how it's smart. It tells me when the laundry is done and ready to come out, so I don't have moldy-smelling clothes. It also tells me how much water it uses. It's just a good product.

I can put a full hamper load of laundry in and it doesn’t even fill up my machine halfway. I had a very large capacity, which makes my clothes super clean. My jeans are no match for this machine. I love the app feature. No more walking down to the basement multiple times because I’m not sure that the cycle is finished. Connects to the app in the app just tell me when everything is done. One trip and I’m through. What I love the most is the detergent dispenser. No more messy little measurement cups. Super quiet.

The washer itself is great when it works. Sometimes it won’t rinse. It gets unbalanced often which does not allow washer to do a spin and end up with wet clothes. The spinner in the middle makes a lot of noise when it seems to be unbalanced and then moves

We bought GE top of the line Profile washer and dryer. In just 2 years we need to replace the washing machine lid. The plastic cracks at the hinges and you can't close the lid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is nice and I would have nice things to say except that after only 2 years it has malfuntioned with a major issue. I'm hearing the parts are 400 and labor 500.. funny right. Guess i'm getting a new washer. The 10 year warranty only covers the engine and in my case its not that. Possibly the transmission which turns the engine. So no help since I didn't volunteer to pay more for insurance or extra coverage for a new machine.

Worked ok at first. Then clothes not being washed proper, smart dispenser and drawer not working properly, now Lld error all of a sudden and can't wash clothes at all and spending money on parts and labor getting it repaired. Would not recommend. To much money spent not reliably made.

If I could give this machine a 0/5 stars I would. I have owned the set now for less than 4 years and the lid has catastrophically failed. It is cracking, splitting and breaking apart right before my eyes. I attempted to bandaid the issue however it is beyond bandaid at this point. I can no longer functionally run the machine as the lid will not properly close to latch. Not to mention, the dispenser tray breaking months ago and I was forced to throwing pods into the machine to be able to efficiently wash anything. While attempting to still utilize the broken dispenser tray, I ended up with mystery stains that ruined many, many clothes. These mystery stains would not wash out no matter what I did to spray treat. Many of the clothing items I would keep running through the wash so as to not set in the stain but still would not come out. Becomes out of balance excessively, with loud vibration that often moves the machine way out of place. I will attempt to attach photos, however the option is greyed out for me.

The capacity is great. Dispensing drawer needs work. It is very cheap & flimsy. There are 4 compartments for detergent, pods, softener, etc. the 2nd one from the left 9 times out of 10 is full of water when the washer has completed the cycle. It seems to clean well & I like the extra water feature as well as the drain & spin. Seems to get unbalanced often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for 15 months and the pump needed replacing and now the lid lock and another electrical part. I have almost spent more than the washer costs not to mention weeks of not having a working machine. I am a stockholder and will never purchase a GE product again.
