My husband loves it. He tried it out with a chuck roast and then did a 10%23 brisket. They were both delicious. Of course he had to cut the brisket in half. Very juicy. He cooked it overnight and wrapped it in foil and put it on keep warm until it was time to eat. No smoke in the room.

It works great you don't get smoke in your house only if you don't clear the smoke before opening the door it does give a smoke smell but only last for a day or so it's a filter smoke small the taste is a mild smoke just remember it's smoke flavor not a charcoal grill flavor so you burgers don't taste like off the grill they taste like smoke if you like smoke you will like this

Easy to customize besides the presets. I wish the whole control panel was lit. I had to use a flashlight to read it because of the contrast.

This is the greatest thing we have ever purchased. We have 4 outdoor smokers, and this just blows them out of the water. Well worth the money!!!

The smoker works awesome; has great features the app works well, is a decent capacity for what it is…HOWEVER the cord is too short and with how hot the exterior of the thing gets it will make vinyl coverings on cupboards peel if it's within 5 inches and even though it's pretty smokeless it will leave smoke rings on the walls where your pictures hang or furniture was, maybe in a house setting it won't but in a small apartment it definitely does.

This is not the old GE under Jack Welch who would NEVER put out a sub standard product like this. I had high hopes only to be dashed within weeks. I tried twice and concluded it was nothing more than a Easy Bake Oven for Morons. I include myself in that category. On my fourth attempt, the so called smoker would not work at all. No warm, no smoke, no nothing. I messaged the seller which is not WM, and I truly doubt I will see any refund. It did not smoke. No smoke ring. The temps in the cook book are too high. Just not worth it. Get a rec tech or the other pellet smoker for outdoors.

Wouldn't work right out of box. Stuck in preheating the entire time.
