I am very pleased that I discovered this Washer - Drier system. Not only does it stay in place while spinning to remove moisture, it uses much less electricity than the Electric Dryer it replaced. It also produces wonderful fluffy clean clothes. The ability to leave the clothes in the machine for washing and drying is a welcome convenience. After installation, we removed the old dryer and had the extra room for storage.

have been using this for a week now. The normal cycle left some clothes little damp, but changing to Whites or heavy load solved that problem. I really love to remove the hassle of transferring load from washer to dryer. I was skeptical about a comforter but the machine did a fantastic job of washing and drying one. The user interface is little confusing but ones you get used to it, its alright. I wish you had a 240 V version that can make drying even faster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the machine does both washing and drying. The drying is not too hot and good with delicates. I like that I don't have to pour in the detergent every time. The filter is generally easy to clean. I normally rinse out the foam or brush it with a toothbrush to get to the lint off. The drying sensor went out after a while between months but the dryer still works with the timer and dries everything 😊. We probably over used the dryer function. The wrinkle free option keeps it going until you take out the clothes. I can wash my large comforters and sometimes have room for additional linens/blankets. Normally a load takes about 3hrs because we like our clothes extra dry but it always for a varied drying and the sensor normally goes for slightly damp that is dry seconds to minutes within taking it out of the dryer. I think the noise is comparable to other washers and dryers ... Maybe quieter? We normally close the door and don't notice it too much 😊 I would definitely take out the liquid dispensers and clean/sanitize them before use. I didn't and they started getting moldy/mildew after about 1yr. Maybe it was just d/t time. Fairly easy to clean with a bottle brush, scrubbie and toothbrush. It's been months and it's still looking clean. I'm very happy 😊 we love it! I now no longer need to wash my clothes 3-4 times because I forgot to put them in the dryer! It just dryers automatically afterwards. Although you can still separate the functions if need be. We generally self clean the washer/dryer about every few months or monthly depending on usage but it'll also give you notifications about it which is great! I often forget. 😓This might be different if you use fabric softener or fabric sheets, which we do not use. We've never used the app function because we're normally home. Overall great purchase, worth the money and we love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo definitely makes my life easier as far as not having to remember to switch the load into the dryer. It is a very nice looking easy to use product. It is a little louder than I expected and makes a completely different sound than a normal washer or dryer, more of a vibration. The clothes seem to get clean but I can quite fit as big of a load as usual because it won't dry them all the way. It's hard to get used to the clothes feeling a little moist when you take them out but once you shake them they are dry! It is a nice size and fits my space well and the door isn't as low as most front load products, you don't have to bend down as far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some reason this unit clunks so loud we think it's broken but it's still working and when we try to explain it to someone they say that that is how it's supposed to be. The drying time does take longer and there is still condensation inside the dryer after it completes its cycle even on the AI sensing. Now today we turn it on and it's supposed to wash but it's drying only and yes the wash is selected and we even then did wash only and it does the same thing. (See video) We have a rescue and have poop and pee pads we run through so pet setting is needed. Through this so drying that type of stuff on it to set that stain in is not ideal either. Edit: we had to turn off AI setting and pet setting to get it to wash which again isn't okay Being we don't have a lot of $ and don't have another unit it's a bit of another inconvenience to return it even with the protection plan. It does fit quite a bit which is convenient. The machine itself is bulky and the pet feature we love. The check filter is amazing because we get many who forget and the connection to the app is good too other than to diagnose the problem which I haven't figured out.

Right now I'm giving it 3 stars, because even after I have cleaned it all the filters and replaced them, it keeps telling me to do it. I haven't had it a month yet. However, I will say I love the convenience of not having to worry about swapping clothes over. The filter is just like everyone else has said, I figured by now they would've fixed that issue with the 26 model.

This product wash is really well but is very noisy and racks and shakes and rattles and rolls. They were here once to level it and it still did not work but still shakes rattles and rolls. Terrible just terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had my machine a year yet and it's been a headache the entire time. The lint buildup is terrible and a constant battle that you will fail at. Please do yourself a favor and wait for an updated version of this machine. Besides that it is a good machine!

Love the one step process only—- lint filter does not do an accurate job and the condenser gets covered in lint causing loads to take 6hrs( due to it usually requires a 2nd dry run of another 2 hrs ) also a sour smell I can't get rid of
