GE Profile™ UltraFresh System Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Interior

The drying feature went out on our old dishwasher so we decided to replace it due to its age. We went with the GE profile and weren't disappointed. This is a quiet and easy to use dishwasher with more all the features you El could want. A+

We love the top shelf (for silverware) as it frees up space on the bottom rack since we removed the silverware holder from there. Also, the cup holders on middle shelf are a great feature

Our old dishwasher was so loud we had to alter our lifestyle while using it. Our new GE is so QUIET that I have to put my ear to it to hear it running. As far as cleaning -even the baked on stuff is scrubbed away. I like the bottle washer , and flatware features. We can also choose to wash just upper rack, or lower rack, or both. This dishwasher is far superior to anything we've had previously. We've had it for almost a year and a half and it still seems brand new. Highly recommend!

The new GE PTD755SYRFS which I purchased is rated for 42 Decibels. However I believe to achieve this rating you must install the required insulation over the dishwasher and behind the kick plate. I ran into a few hiccups where the instructions are not clearly illustrated with pictures how to properly install the insulation behind the kick plate and behind the front door. There is a vent that I assume sucks in fresh air that you must be sure not to block it with the insulation. I could not get the kick plate installed properly due to the thickness of the insulation and the length of screws for the kickplate . So I will need to get extra long screws. I believe the screws are made for the other GE models without the insulation. After installation I noticed a missing wheel on the top shelf /rack and a dented kick plate "see photos". I went with GE profile to go with my older GE profile stove and microwave and decided to go with Made in America so I can support the employees who make them in the USA. I hope to try the Wifi functions soon but was told the app was easy to install on android OS and google assistant. Overall I am very happy with the design and functionality and quality of the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I like the new dishwasher very much except for one issue. First, the positive. It is very quiet and the dishes are consistently spotless after running the dishwasher. My only concern is that the bottom rack must be picked up slightly when pulling it out to load dishes because the surface of the door where the wheels roll on is slightly higher than the surface within the dishwasher itself. If you don't lift the rack, it hits the side of the door surface and I am concerned that, over time, it will damage or break the wheel assemblies that are on the bottom rack.

The engineer who designed the roll out lower rack obviously never tried using it. You have to "hold your tongue just right" to keep it from derailing. Otherwise, just ducky.

We have owned this dishwasher for less than 4 years. Today I found rust in the pullout shelf. I have never had a dishwasher rust like this so very disappointed that we spent the money on this to have it rust. 4 years ago it cost more than it does now but won't be buying another GE dishwasher.

It's okay.. worked good for 2 years and then the motor pump went out, we had it replaced and not even a month later the pump went out again.

I have only used it 4 times & it quit! The electronics in the door are bad. It was difficult to get a repairman here. Now he has not returned my calls or the salesperson to fix it! I want a new dishwasher. The GE rep wants to know exactly what is wrong with it but the repairman is not responding!, I want a new dishwasher!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The control panel on this model died after 2 years and it would have been expensive to fix. Ended up replacing with a Miele dishwasher. The installers were confounded that I was getting rid of such a new dishwasher. It's because it sucked at cleaning and I wasn't going to replace it with another GE product.
