I have already recommended this scale to two people. It's amazing! I actually can't remember ever buying a scale before, they just always have seemed to appear. But, a couple of weeks ago, my daughter was putting the scale away when she dropped and broke it, so I began what turned into a two day search for the best possible scale at a reasonable price. Until then, I naively thought scales were only for measuring weight! After lots of research, I decided on this one, even though I HATE things with apps. I think they're such a waste of time and I absolutely never use them. Since my two teenagers and I have been working out and eating better since we made our last New Years Resolutions, I called them in when the new scale came and we all downloaded the app, which turned out to be easier than I expected. From that I got my BMI, muscle mass, water weight, all kinds of information I had no idea a scale could provide! The kids were so into all the features. One of the features is about goals and my daughter was super excited about that and put it to work right away. This is the best purchase I can remember making for my family and we couldn't be more excited about using it!

I have had a smart scale similar to this one from Omada and have it packed away somewhere. I'm recently on a health journey to bring our rainbow baby home and I purchased this body scale in good faith. It works great and send everything I need to know right to the free app. No more trying to remember, write it down or read the history on other scales. Everything stays in the app with all the insights to body fat, bones mass and water percentages. The display is big and clear. It operates beautifully! Highly suggest

This is my honest review of the: GE Digital Bathroom Scale My opening thoughts when receiving the item: It has a nice box, very basic brown but with the nice black ink showing the product and information, quite minimal which i like. The scale comes with spongy foam which is really nice and surprisingly well packed. It states it has an App which did interest me but also i do dislike apps and giving information like that. The good parts are: Actually the app. To my surprise they allow a guest mode. As long as they don't get rid of that it is good. No sign in, no personal information, it does block some things but truly nothing to miss out on. The scale itself is quality, glass from the feel that is smooth and nice The negatives are: Only one true negative which is the scales size. It is a bit small, so bigger people may need to press their feet together to properly use it, however being a compact bathroom scale makes some sense in that regard. The overall rating out of ten is: 9/10 (the scales size does knock it a point in my opinion.) Overall thoughts: The app is nice, having profiles and the connection is bluetooth to the scale. The Interface is easy and it is detailed with of course the BMI, calorie based information and more at your fingertips. The app could be a bit better but for what i use it for i cannot knock it at all. A great choice in general for a quality bathroom scale. Will continue to use it for the foreseeable future and hope it lasts with how quality it feels.

I love this GE digital bathroom scale, it is 100% accurate, I tested it against my results from the doctor's office, it came with two batteries and it's a good quality scale, the app was easy to use and easy to set up everything once I figured out it was a smart scale, the only thing I didn't like is it didn't say smart scale on the box and there were no directions in the box letting me know it was a smart scale or even that there was an app for it lol.... But when I looked at the details on the order I seen that it was a smart scale so I downloaded the app and followed the easy directions and sure enough my scale connected right to the app.... I definitely recommend because like I said it was 100% accurate...

The scale arrived in its own padded box inside a much larger padded box. The top of the scale appears to be tempered glass with a film under the surface providing one of the available colors. Black or White. The display is large and easy to read and seems to be accurate to within a few ounces. I weighed myself solo and then holding two 5 pound weights and the scale correctly displayed the additional weight. Included with the scale are two AAA batteries and a single sheet Quick Start Guide. Setup is very simple, install the batteries in the battery compartment on the bottom of the scale, place the scale on a hard level surface and step on it to turn it on. Once the scale has calibrated itself, step on it to weigh yourself and wait until the display flashes twice. That's your weight. You can also install an app on your smartphone and QR codes are provided on the back of the Quick Start sheet that will take you to the appropriate app store and app for your device. 
The app can be used in Guest mode with only minimal information, gender, height and date of birth, or you can setup an account to have access to the data it produces on your computer and other apps that you might use for fitness tracking or general health monitoring. 
The app doesn't seem to provide much usable information, only weight and a body mass calculations and indicators for under/over weight, normal and obese but if you need to track this information it's a useful tool.

The GE Bathroom Scale is incredibly user-friendly. It requires minimal setup, and the app's pairing process is straight forward. Just step on the scale, and within seconds, your weight data is sent to your phone. It's an efficient and hassle-free experience. The bright easy to read LED screen is simple enough for anyone to read. The scale actually talks to you so you don't even have to look at the screen. This scale is nice and stable to support up to 500 lbs and gives an accuracy to 1/10 of an ounce.

Easy to set up and works. Weights are repeatable which gives me trust in its accuracy. I wish my phone didn't have to be open in the app to connect via Bluetooth, but that's the only issue I've had with it.

I like all the different body reading features, I've never had such a cool scale. Technology can be so fun sometimes.

The main reason I bought this scale is because it's supposed to read the results aloud however it doesn't. It also says to tap the scale to activate it but when you tap it there's no indication that you have activated it (I expected to see something on the screen such as "0.00 lbs. " but didn't).
