[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] our new dishwasher is stylish and works perfectly. it has lots of interesting features and, when it is in operation, it is nearly silent. thank you
Cleans amazingly and is very quiet! Love it so far!
A lot better than the older GE model that we use to have, really impressed with the noise level of this one, super quite. interior very easy to clean, capacity of adequate size, provides enough cycles for our needs, and the sanitization feature is a plus for sure.
The dishwasher holds a lot of dishes and does a great job of getting them clean, It's very quiet and does not interfere with day to day activities. The third rack is very helpful and flexible in what you can put there. We like that you can pick different wash zones if needed.
I've been using the GE® ENERGY STAR® Top Control Dishwasher (model GDT670SGVBB) for a bit now, and overall I'm pretty happy with it. The design is one of the first things I noticed—it has a really sleek, modern look with the top controls hidden, so it blends nicely into the kitchen without a cluttered front panel. One of the biggest positives is how quiet it is. It's not completely silent, but it's quiet enough that I can run it while watching TV or having a conversation without it being distracting. The cleaning performance has been solid for everyday loads, and it handles dishes, glasses, and utensils well as long as everything is loaded properly. I've also been impressed with the drying, especially compared to older dishwashers I've used. The Dry Boost feature does a good job, and dishes come out mostly dry, even plastics, which is usually a weak spot for many machines. The extra third rack is a nice bonus—it makes it easier to fit utensils and smaller items without crowding the lower racks. That said, it can take a little time to get used to the best way to load everything for optimal results.
This model operates quietly and efficiently. The silverware blasters and bottle washers are effective, especially for large water bottles. The upper rack handles smaller items well. The sanitization cycle ensures thorough cleaning at 130-140º, although it extends the cycle time. A one-hour simple cycle is also available. The machine runs at a low decibel level, making it nearly inaudible. The Piranha feature prevents clogs for smooth operation. Advanced technology adjusts the water temperature and cycle length based on debris detection. The top rack is excellent, cleaning cheesy spatulas and small items. I purchased the white model with a handle but would prefer a matching white control panel. The black top control panel and the lite flimsy door are drawbacks. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance, but these issues are the reason for my four-star rating.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ge makes very good products . I had my old dishwasher for 20 years Loved it . New one takes some getting used to. The racks are completely different. The way you have to load it is very different. Takes twice as long to wash as my old one .
After installation, it took 4 visits to fix the middle rack that was literally "falling out" of the dishwasher when we opened the door. My hopes are not high on the workmanship, fingers crossed!
Only owned 5 months broke already! Called GE 9 days ago said someone would be in touch within 72 hours NO CALL! 9 days later saying it will be July 7 th!! NOT ACCEPTABLE! DO BETTER! Bad product and bad service!
This product is garbage. I bought it brand new, it broke within months and has been broken since october 2nd 2025. It has a "failure to dain (FTD) error code on the screen and wont complete cycles.
