GE UCC15NPRII Ice Maker 15 inch - Clear Ice - Custom Panel Ready

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing should come with a built in power surge protector. It's very loud, louder than my fridge and dishwasher combined and runs VERY hot. Compressor fan needs bumped up. LOVE the clear ice. Reminder the machine is not designed to keep ice frozen. Already had maintenance on it and wonder how long this thing will last. Beautiful appliance that matches all my other monogram appliances!

The monogram ice maker is less than a year old. It stopped working. When I contacted the service group, I got a message that there will be a service charge. For supposedly a top of the line appliance that is less than a year old!!! Something is wrong with this picture.

Originally purchased this icemaker it lasted about three years before it died on the second one now, a year into it it seems to be working. OK I would highly recommend spending the money to get a Scottsman or a True brand icemaker the time you buy two of these things are good high-quality one will be well worth the money. Getting ready to build a new house and not going back with this icemaker and would not recommend it.

Purchased this product about 6 months ago. Have had it serviced 2 times already because it quit making ice. Filter light keeps blinking and says to replace filter. Replaced it and it made ice for less than 24hrs and same lights keep flashing and no ice. Service tech didn't really know how to work on the unit and was not much help. Also cannot connect unit via WiFi. When it works it is great but mine has been working properly approximately 3 out of the 6 months that I have owned. Not sure where to go from here because I don't think there is a permanent fix for unit at this point.

We have had numerous repairmen put various parts in and always a different ones blaming factory default to everything else just needing replaced. We have all GE appliances in our home and love them but this one is very disappointing especially for the price. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this one:(

Faulty upon delivery. Shorts out and flashes uncontrollably. Shuts off all function. No buttons work to reset it. Have to unplug it. Two appliance repairmen have come out to no avail. This is an outrageous price to pay for absolute garbage. Absolute garbage. Do NOT buy.

Do not purchase! we have had 3 leaks that have ruined out floors. We have had licensed repair people come out every time and again it is leaking.

6 dead on arrival units later it worked with light use for about a year then died. Do not recommend at all.

Worked for about 6 months then quit. It's the loudest machine I've ever had, I hated it.

Ice machine has had a magnitude of issues. Filters and mother board failures.
