Nothing breaks when received.

Received the item that was described. Very easy to install. The unit that we replaced was significantly shorter which translates into more water going through a very much reduced UV area. This unit is constructed very well and provides a huge UV area to kill E.coli and Bacteria in our well water!

I purchased the UV filter system to address bacterial detected in my well water. The system functioned flawlessly for six months when the UV lamp failed. I contacted customer service;he promptly replaced the UV lamp and informed me if the lamp failed again, they would replace the entire system. That is excellent service.

It was a necessity for our new house but for the price and ease of use this has been wonderful to have. It had the best flow rate for the money I could find. It does come with an extra UV bulb. Have not had to change my bulb yet I have had it for almost 6 months.

Great product, very easy to install and does what it is suppose to. Customer Service is the best, they really provide support for their product. I had an issue with the main tube and emailed their customer service. I received a response from Rosie within 24 hours and a new tube within 3 days over the holiday weekend.

Initially I had an issue with a missing part but turned out it was all my error but CS tried to refund me for the cost of me ordering the "missing" part. Mighty nice of them but I declined their offer. I'd buy again, no question! Thanks for a great product, great installation instructions. Awesome overall!

one of the 2 filters had a cracked tubing. I wrote the seller, and I haven't heard from him. other than that, the instructions are not clear at all in hope to install these filters...

The ultra violet unit broke while building it.
