Geeni Hawk HD 2K Outdoor Security Camera, IP66 Weatherproof WiFi, Night Vision, 2-Way Audio, Motion Detection

The camera is easy to install and use. You do have to download an APP but the APP is easy to use and the camera is easy to set up. The 2K resolution provides a clear view during the day and the night vision works great at night. The camera can be viewed on the APP from anywhere you have cell coverage. The manufacturer offers cloud storage for a reasonable price but it is not required as the camera is capable of recording on a Micro SD card. The SD card is not included. I highly recommend this camera.

I love my cameras and their performance. The problem I have is a lost package that never got to me. I didn't receive a tracking update and never got my product and your team blew it off and told me to contact my local Mail post office. I did receive a email stating they would try to trace the shipment which happened after I sent a grumpy email response.

When I first received the camera it did not work it was made out of cheap plastic will not ever buy again

I purchased 6 Hawk 2K cameras, 4 of them were to replace my hawk 3's because Hawk 3 doesn't have person setting. I installed two of them, and an hour later we got a snow squall and the camera just kept going off constantly from the snowfall. I contacted Geeni for a Callback that I never got. I emailed and did get a response, I answered a question they had, and I have not heard back yet. I tried what they said. (I have a tech background.) I'm going to see what happens tonight. We have another snowstorm coming. as far as picture, quality, and night vision, it's all very good, but disappointed the person setting doesn't work. I have 5 geeni freebird cameras and the Person setting works Great. (which are battery operated.) I have a total of 20 Geeni cameras now.
