The lights for the price are very dim, especially considering the LED lights.

They are advertised as 50 ft lights (including in the description, it says you can put 3 of these together for a total of 150 ft! which is some BS). As you can see on the box itself, the actual lighted length is only 34 ft; had to buy an extra one after the fact, due to this.

Some bulbs would not turn on all the time, only sometimes. Colour changing was not responsive either

These color changing lights are not ready for the market. The yellow and orange is more of a light green. (Green, red and blue are fine, see attached video.) I've been trying (to no avail) to get Geeni to give me a return authorization #, directions on how to return them and a refund for these with no luck to date. I've sent 10 emails to them from 11/07/23 to 01/26/24 and I've had 7 responses from them, some were just robo replies, others did ask for more info, (Including requesting a video of the issue) which I sent. After sending the video proof of the issue, I've been ghosted. I even followed up with an email asking if they received the video as it was 21MB and wasn't sure if it made it to them. No reply from them. The good news is that I have a full paper trail showing my efforts and their replies - when they replied. I've been given three separate response ticket numbers and still no refund. I made initial contact only 11 days after receiving the product (well within the 30-day allowance) and have been trying ever since. I didn't want to write a bad review as I own 30+ of their products and this is the first one worthy of return. Their return policy is "If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day window from the date of product arrival to initiate a return." So much for that promise. The last straw was setting up another call back and they didn't call. (The first call back was when they asked for a video of the issue.) I still have to ask why I need to send anything when their return policy is clear. Geeni, you need to get with it and get back to me with a RA number and refund and fulfill your policy. My next action will be with the Better Business Bureau. SJ.
