The assembly is easy except I wish I could use it without having to first download the app. Good quality; overall excellent value for the price (on clearance!!)

Loved it so much I brought one for my mom's Chihuahua. 😉 They love it just recommend leaving it on bc if it's off they only have access to what's on top which isn't much. Good for cats and dogs.

No, I will not recommend this water trough. It's hard to get the top off to get it clean and then you have to be careful not to get the water on the screws inside now. I'm trying to see if I can order some filters. Not sure am I gonna be able to find those? If not, then you have another house of to deal with thank you.

The only real issue I have with this fountain is , it doesn't have a flow adjustment. my cat doesn't like water splashing on her face. The flow is rate is pretty fast and it scares her. other than that it's fine. Prob more suitable for a dog.

It doesn't stay on no matter what you do. And after 2 months it just stopped working. I do not recommend this product it's garbage. Love the idea but waist of $50.

We travel often and discovered that this unit does not turn itself back on after a power outage. You can set up the app to give you a notification if the device goes offline, but you need to go back into the app and turn it back on to start the water flowing again. Unit also stopped working after a few months. If it weren’t for the fact it doesn’t turn itself back on after loss of power I would have replaced it, but choosing to go with something different

The motor stopped working exactly 2 weeks after I bought it. I didn't even remember that I bought it until this app just told me to review the item which now upsets me even more that I forgot to return it or ask for a refund or replacement or something.

I had it a month a the water pump went out on it.

Very poor design. There are two metal prong contacts that must connect from the lid to the base to turn the pump on. Unfortunately after a short time of usage - from this being a “water” pump - the contacts continuously get wet and start to erode. I took apart and cleaned many times but after about a month - there's no hope - it no longer works. -10 out of 10 don't recommend. Pets are messy and water spills. If water getting in those contacts in the bowl area are going to prevent it from working - it's just not going to work. Oh and I agree with everyone else - this is not going to stay on. You will be constantly resetting in the app.

This thing is a piece of crap!! Will stop working constantly.
