Works like it should

The Picture and motion tracking R excellent, has a lot of good features. My complaints R the lag times in real time monitoring, it skips seconds of video image constantly. That just could B my network as well. It has Preset Points however they aren't accessible on the main screen, only in the setting of them menu.... pointless. Genie App controlling the Camera works good as I have 7 additional devices controlling them. Other than that it works great 4 the $

I am very pleased with the ease of installation and use of these cameras. However, after two weeks of operation, one camera began to experience issues connecting to the Wi-Fi network. I then switched to a different router, but after another two weeks, the problem recurred. The camera was positioned ten feet from the routers. When I moved the other camera to the same location, it also failed to function. I then moved my older camera, which has been in use for two years, to that same position, and it operates without issue. While the newer cameras offer a wider field of view and improved image quality, they are unable to connect to my network or router, even with a signal strength of 98%. I have three other cameras in the house, and one with a signal strength of 83% continues to function flawlessly. Despite my initial enthusiasm, the inability of these new cameras to connect renders them unusable, especially when their functionality is most needed.

great product

I purchased this and installed it without issue. I then moved across town and now I cannot get it set up. Doesn't matter if I'm on 5 or 2.4 GHz, it just doesn't want to be "discovered." I didn't really have the time to really check it out before moving but I think I'm happier with the stationary models.
