These go into my Thanksgiving stuffing, my dad's recipe. Halve or quarter them, and mix in with other ingredients prior to baking. I love that they are now widely available peeled and cooked. If you have ever peeled a chestnut, you understand.

Delicious
Delicious! I use them in stuffings, in butternut squash soup, in a paste for pasteries, dipped in chocolate as candy, and just plain for snacks.

I find this brand pretty consistent in flavor and quality control. It is a wintertime treat, so it makes a difference year to year. Someday, I'll try roasting some myself. I'm just kidding. ~ probability not.
