Perfect size. Freeze well %26 retain being pliable 4 body. Nice encasement for after freezing, so can wear where you need it. Shipping was fast too. Id highly recommend
This product is great for back pain. It holds the ice packs in place and keeps them from sliding down or off. This is a great item for this price.
These are fantastic ! I wish I had found these sooner. Larger and better quality then others I have looked at.
these are soft, pliable. you get 2 packs the velscro strap. nice. I'm pleased. I have not used them yet, so final verdict still out. I lost my old packs. skeptical about new packs, especially with the edges of the packs looking sharp. these are not sharp edges. the pack itself has a cooling material, even if not yet in the fridge.
I rated it a 4 because I love the Velcro it keeps it in place. But the con side is it doesn't stay cold long enough. It's good for about an hour and a half, take it out of the pouch and place on affected area good for another 20 minutes.
This product is good as far as the ice packs go. I was never left wet after using it and it never got overly cold to my knees. The issue I have with it is I thought that it came with 2 ice packs and 2 ice pack holders. If you have both knees that need the ice therapy and have the time to sit and do 1 knee at a time then this product is well worth it, especially for the price. But if you are like me and do not have the time, this product may not suit your needs per se.
I thought it was 2 FULL sets so that 2 of us could use at the same time. Instead there is 1 holder and 2 gel packs.
This ice pack didn't stay cold very long. The elastic holder is great but the ice pack has to be replaced every hour.
Once frozen these have very little flexibility. The other main problem is not adjustable enough and too long for some body areas and too short for others. This item was just not suitable for my needs in a strap on ice pack so I decided to return it.
Would have been nice if I received it! Two shipments now delivered to the wrong address.
