this Jello is originally given to me in the hospital. due to my condition I need something that is soft and the added protein is exactly what I need to help keep my nourishment up. I will continue to have this as a snack even when I heal from my condition. I would recommend for snacks for kids it has so much to offer and the flavor variety is huge.
