I've never done acrylic nails or spent much time or money in a salon but I've had gel nail polish that lasted thru regular life and held up well. But taking it off? A time consuming hassle. if you love gel nails but hate the removal process. This peelable base is perfect if you want to avoid acetone entirely. It stays on well for a week, and when I'm ready for a change, I just lift the edge and it pops right off. No scraping, no soaking, and no damage. Also, I was confused 😕 because I didn't read the uv light for curing. you must have a uv light.

This base coat goes on smoothly and seems to work well with Gellen polish. It has less of a strong smell than the other brand I was using. I don't yet know about the peel-off feature as I haven't tried to remove it yet, but so far so good!

This makes the removal nail polish so much easier. Possibility I will never paint my nails again without having this on as a basecoat.

I wanted something to layer under my regular polish to eliminate the need for acetone. Unfortunately I didn't read where it had to be cured with a UV lamp so that was disappointing. It came with 2 plastic orange sticks and the basecoat. I'm (obviously) new to this type of product so I was hoping there would be some kind of instruction pamphlet but there were only some VERY minimal directions on the back. This may not be an issue to those more familiar with this type of product but I didn't feel very confident that I was going to get the outcome I expected. This isn't something I'll be reaching for due to the required UV cure but if that's your thing this works like a charm.

Pros: No-show clear base polish that creates a smooth surface. When it came off the nails underneath had no damage at all - still healthy and in good condition which is amazing for a gel mani! Cons: It did not last as long as they said it would. 2 nails had the paint pop off within the first 18 hours and needed to be redone. It states it lasts for days or weeks but for me that wasn't true. Now, I will say, I'm rough on my hands and have to wash them often. It may have lasted longer if I'd not used my hands but for me that's just not possible. Incentivized Review

I love their products so far. Very nice packaging and the bottles are of a good amount. Unfortunately this bottle arrived with a leak I'm worried to try it. So ...

drying takes long so took off with nail polish remover. I didn't like color either.
