I need to update my review. Previously I submitted a review about how I couldn't get a response from the seller for me to return the chair. The seller had actually responded to me and it was in my spam mail. The chair is excellent and very well built, it was too big to fit in my tub. The seller reached out again and gave me a refund with no return of the chair needed. I will say they are an excellent, very caring, seller! I will donate the chair to someone who is need of a shower chair. Gemaisil, thank you so much for everything!

Really simple to assemble. Direction Photos are clear enough to understand for the assembly. Everything came in the package take your time screwing the bolts into the. nuts. would be easy to cross thread. This package came with extra bolts, washers, so I'll save for a later time if needed

I got the Shower Chair with Armrests and Back for my grandma, who's on the thinner side, and it's been a great addition to her shower routine. This chair is durably constructed and should last a long time as it is made out of good materials. The back support is very nice. I like the color also. It's easy to grab onto the armrest and provides good support when you're trying to sit and get up. I am happy with the purchase.

My mom just had surgery on her back so she's in need of a shower chair and this works perfectly for her. The assembling process was quick, under 15 mins, but just need to make sure you put the legs in the right order, otherwise the side handles wont snap into the correct position to the hooks attached to the legs. It also comes with addition suction feets and soft adhesive paddings. Very nicely made.

You would have gotten a 5 star but the instructions were complicated. Of course, it may be I'm not used to having to assemble things. I'm a 73 year old woman.. 👵

The instructions are incomplete. There were extra short screws, which only added to the confusion. Or am I supposed to do something with those screws? I had to start over when I got to attaching the back. It's a good thing I'm a patient type.

I wish that the people putting together these deliveries would take a moment to think about who is receiving this type of item - duh, the elderly and disabled. You just wasted 2 hours of our time. I'll be returning this partial chair to Walmart. The directions are terrible and there are parts missing; there is only one leg tube, and no back support tube. Might they have fallen out of the slightly opened box in the FedEx truck?
