praiduct did not work. was told to retunr to Walmart store. Returned to Salem Road store in Covington, Ga. they would not accept the return. i was very disappointed with the service.

terrable service
unit came with missing part. called tech. support 3 times,put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on. went to website and filled out info. then was denied access to tech. support.terrable customer service.would recommend Walmart drop this site

Defective merchandise
The turntable is defective. The platter does now revolve at all after pushing the start button. Instead there is a low whirring sound, and it sounds higher at 45rpm. I couldn't tell you how the rest of it works, because I couldn't get it to work.

when i received the turntable the dust cover was missing and one of the most important item was missing the belt that turns the table didn't even get to try it out

I purchased 2 of these turntables in late November '24 for myself, and to date, I am still completely unable to get either turnable to play or function after connecting them to 3 different amplifiers!. Defective and inferior quality products!
