GenCrafts Gouache Paint Tubes Set of 24

This is my first gouache paint set and am very pleased with them. I like that they come in tubes pre-mixed and have a good variety of colors.

I love gencraft brand so far. This I gave to my friend because she is a huge fan of art and painting (she has more skills than me and I already had another kit) she sent me a picture and told me she loves it! It blends easily but it dries a bit more chalky but she enjoys the way it turns out and was super happy!

This my first set of gouache paints. I use watercolor paper as my medium. Gouache paints are nice with not drying as fast as acrylic. Colors can be made light and delicate. I like gouache better than watercolor because it seems more opaque. This a great starter set with the 24 tunes included.

This was the first set of gouache paints I have tried but I am very happy that I did. Sometimes acrylics just aren't what you are looking for and gouache's are a very nice alternative. There are plenty of colors in this set to create so many beautiful pieces and they really are nice to work with. With art supplies you can't let fear of the unknown stop you from trying something new.

I am so happy that I discovered this gouache. It beats trying to lighten areas with watercolor. I love it because it is opaque and can be used on dark cardstock. I like to use watercolors and guache side by side . The price on this is the best offer. Good quality product!

This was my first time purchasing gouache paint so I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I was very pleased over all with its color payoff and its texture. It didn't dry out too fast and the paints blended well with one another when neéded. I would buy them again for sure.

This paint is water based and can be used right out of the tube or can be thinned with some water for more translucent properties. There are 24 bold colors that can be mixed for more shades. This paint can be used for ideas or final paintings, and can be used to layer over mistakes. Versatile and fun to use with kids and adults alike. I like this set and may get another for a gift for a friend.

I am by no means a professional painter, but I enjoy dabbling in both water color and acrylic. I like the versatily with the guoache paints by GenCrafts. I've been able to use them together along with doing both watercolor and acrylic. This is the only brand I have tried at this point, so I have nothing to compare. But the versatility is there.

These paints are very versatile. I used them from the tube for a vibrant affect then added small amounts of water to the paint for a more fluid affect.

I love these paints. What I like the best, is that I dont have to worry about my kids using them too, since they are safe for them too. The colors are vibrant and they blend smoothly.
