General Altimax RT43 All Season 225/55R19 99H Passenger Tire

After reading a lot of reviews I ordered a set of these. Delivered and installed three weeks ago at the local Walmart just in time for snow and icy roads. I drive 26 mi. to and from work each day and now I know why these tires get such high marks! Everything I read about these tires has been spot on so far. Only test I haven't had is heavy rain but that will come as weather warms up here in northern Wisconsin. I replaced worn out factory Michelin tires on my 2015 Corolla with these and if they get near the 65000 mi. rating I will be even happier.

I bought these tires sight unseen via internet. Have never done that before when buying tires. But I had total confidence in Walmart return policy and comments to ascertain the value and integrity of the tires so had not qualms about the purchase. I bought them for my daughter in another state and she is thrilled with them.

Just had these tires put on the front of my front wheel drive car last week. Today the sky dumped almost a foot of snow on us (Salt Lake City). These tires did very well. Most the roads weren't plowed yet. Was scared of the hills, but made it up those too

I guess I would consider myself a good shopper. By that I mean I do my homework. I used to go to one of the "well known tire shops" for my tires but after taking a longer look at it, I went to Wal-Mart. See tires that were priced comparably at the other shop had about 1/2 the rated miles for treadwear. Also, I looked at 4-5 different sites that rated tires and these tires were included in the top 5 results. Follow that up with glowing reviews everywhere you look and it became a no-brainer. The "tire shops" lull you with "free installation" and the like but again - it's not free, just built into the price. I've tried to keep a set of the same brand tire on my car but I have found it almost impossible. I don't buy 4 at a time usually so by the time I am due for replacement, the tire is unavailable. I hope these tires are around if I need replacements they ride very nicely. I could tell a marked difference when they were installed. Of course I would expect that with any new tire. Time will tell...

A tire shop advised I purchase expensive winter tires so I purchased a subscription to Consumer Reports, compared tires they recommended and purchased these tires that are just as great with half the price of what I would have paid at my local tire shop. All season tires can work for harsh winters but you need the right all season tires for your vehicle type so do your research.

Found these tires recommended for my Honda CRV after researching online at a variety of sites. Shopped for prices and found WalMart had best price because of no added shipping. Had the tires sent to local WalMart where they were installed. Fast and easy at a great price for great tires.

I researched tires specifically for my car's best performance and durability of product. I found a great deal at Walmart. I got the tires I had been looking for along with free mounting, balancing and rotation. So far the tires have lived up to their reputation in quality and provide a smooth ride with great handling. A definite improvement over the last tires that I had. Great tires! And thanks Walmart for your great service!!!

I have a 2013 Accord and the are almost the same as the factory ones I had. A very slight difference in noise I think its the extra rubber, they measured 14 in depth on my meter they corner nice also A+++! They should last, also they have a better pattern for winter then my factory originals.

Installed on 2007 Sonata with 150k miles & replaced Michelins. So far, so good. Only 1000 miles on these tires. Quiet & handle well. Did well in very severe summer thunderstorm with lots of rain pooling on road. Will try to update at 10k miles.

These tires are great so far! Put these on my Cadillac srx. Smooth ride, good looking and stable. I purchased them due to the ratings online by other purchasers. We really needed a tire to perform well on water, because of poor road maintenance. They do very well. No experience with snow yet.
