I went through 40.00 dollars before I found this antenna. it works great. I had dish network for 25 years so when I had to move. I was surprised that the channels were different. but with this antenna I don't miss anything. It's not any different than having dish. I just don't have to pay a lot for the antenna

great product. better then some of the antennas I've haved in the past. before you set up make sure you get the website for for the broadcast towers are located. trust me it's going to make setup and positioning the antenna easier. it will save you a headache in the long run. love the design was easier to set up and it looks cool. I'm getting more channels with it than I've had in the past with other antennas.

The installation and setup couldn't be much simpler. I only purchased this to be able to watch football since I removed my live tv services. I get all the local stations, including 24 other channels i had no idea even existed. My only complaint which im not even sure if it's because of this device itself or my Samsung tv. The guide doesn't provide info for whats on the channel unless i select it first. The channel guide descriptions are just very vague and generic as in "NFL football coverage" or "game show." This isn't really a problem for me, just sometimes an inconvenience.

I’ve tried several in house TV antenna that didn’t begin to measure up. This one exceeded my expectations. We are only 25 miles from a bank of TV stations but I was still pleasantly surprised at how well this antenna worked. Definitely worth the money and worth the time.

I live in Metro Detroit (by DTW, so close to the city) and could not find an antenna that gave me all local channels. 2 and 4 are supposed to have the strongest signal but they were not easily accessible. This antenna resolved that gap. Granted I do have to move the antenna to a spot halfway up the wall near the window, but that spot gives a strong signal. My rating is based on access and cost of the unit. it was very solid for the price.

I wasn't getting our favorite local channel because out provider and that channel were in a contract dispute. I bought this to pick up the channel. I got 100% reception on this channel plus 11 more channels (all 100%). It was easy to install, looks nice on top of tv, and worked so well that I dropped the local channels from our provider and saved $22 a month off their bill. It will pay for itself in a little over a month. Very happy with this product!

After reading supposed 55Mile range, %26 hookup found its not Really that much difference than a Regular Indoor. House Less than 10 Mile from Most TV antenna locations.

Even though the television was mounted high on the wall, placing the antenna on top did not enhance the reception. After several rounds of repositioning the antenna and re-scanning, channels remained highly buggy and glitchy. Eventually, we resorted back to our previous antenna in despair.

I was really looking forward to using this GE Hover Amplified Antenna to cut out subscriptions and pick up our local stations. While the physical installation process was a breeze, the actual performance left a lot to be desired. We tried multiple positions—near the window, high on the wall, and sitting right on the TV—but after several channel scans, we consistently came up with zero signal. There was never any picture or even graininess in clarity. It just could not find a signal to select. We are in the high desert and, we typically get at least a few local broadcast stations, but this unit couldn't capture a stable image. It seems the amplifier doesn't provide enough boost to overcome minor obstructions or distance. Pros: • Very simple, plug-and-play installation. • Aesthetic design that doesn't look like a traditional "eyesore" antenna. Cons: • Poor signal reception despite being an amplified model. • Did not live up to the 55-mile range claim in our experience. Final Verdict: If you live directly next to a broadcast tower, the ease of installation might make this worth a try. However, for most households looking for a reliable signal, I cannot recommend this model. It looks great on the TV, but it just doesn't deliver on its primary job.

Do not buy! Quit working for no reason a little more than a month after purchasing and of course we were 2 days over return window
