Less Wrist Wrestling
Simple but useful device. Put one on the end of each high pressure hose. You will have to remove the current quick connect coupler from your high pressure hose and insert the swivel between the hose and the quick connect. Teflon tape the joints and you are set. Some hoses have rubber wear cuffs that cover the hose connection. Remove these by pushing the hose with the wear cuff held against a flat smooth surface. Some spray lube helps. Once reassembled keep your hose unkinked without all the wand waving.

Great item to have
I bought this swivel to use on my 6inch power scrubber. The swivel made it so much easier to use when changing angles.

Doesn't swivel freely
It works but I bought one a while back that costed a little more thats stainless and it rotates nice and free . This one you have to kinda help it swivel with your hand sometimes. Which some swivel is better than no swivel. If money is an issue and you don't wanna spend alot then this swivel is for you. You get what you pay for.
