I love this grill and use it a lot during the cold months when outside grilling isn't an option. Anything that I cook on it, chicken, fish, burgers, chops is always tender and moist....never dry! My grill actually has 4 removable plates...raised for grilling meats and flat for pancakes and such. I have never used the flat grills but use the heck out of the raised grills. It says that it will hold 6 servings however I can only get 4 pieces of meat grilled at once. That is the only drawback. I was actually on this site looking for a larger indoor GF grill. I STILL recommend this product!!!
Since my George Foreman grill arrived I have used it 3-4 times a weeks. I didn't realize how much fat I was eating before, and the grill cooks fast. Great for bacon too.
This is a really nice grill; removable plates make it easy to clean. The ability to set time and temperature makes it so much easier to use than our old GF grill. We love this product line, we can create healthy meals in minutes.
This is my second George Foreman. I am so excited to have removable plates so it is easier for clean up. We love the grilled flavor of the food that it provides, and we couldn't pass up the deal offered through GMA. The other one will go in our trailer so we can use it as we travel.
Love my new George Foreman!! Cooks great, heats up quickly. Removable plates make cleaning a breeze. The only downside is that my grill didn't come with it's own spatula, like others I've purchased before.
I have a old fixed plate grill which is better. This new grill has removable plates which can make for easy cleaning; BUT getting plates back on is difficult. The side handles supports bend ever so easy that you have to bend in oder to get them to lock in place. Would not suggest you buy this model. The side locks may bend and break over time. Going back to my 6yr old fixed plate model
I have had several GF grills and hoped this was going to be my savior, it steams more than it grills, clean up was a truly a hot mess, I hate it all the way. Will NOT recommend to anyone.
Used it several times because I thought I was not using it correctly...the food comes out dry, overcooked, or not browned. Everything I cooked in the grill was dry. The first several were overcooked...then when I turned down the temp, it was not browned and looked unappealing.. Its in the cupboard in the garage.
This grill is not the best way to cook burgers. When I did cook some burgers the grease from the burgers that was on the top plate slid down to the back of the grill and dripped all over my granite countertop and made a big, greasy mess. Clearly I will not use it to cook burgers again.
Top plate does not fit properly and both plates drip outside the drip pan. I have owned many George Foreman grills and this particular one I do not like.
