Generic Hisense EN2A27 Smart TV Remote Control

Lost remote control and felt panicked. Not good with electronics. Looked up info on tv then matched it to the Walmart app info and in couple of hours got it ordered. Great price, convenient, came quickly and works better than the original! I did that!!!

I lost the remote to my TV and because it's a smart TV and apparently I'm not smart enough to keep track of the remote, I had to order a replacement. The TV itself is a pain when it needs to update. It's a freaking TV and I just want to watch it, not mess around with doing updates (that apparently require original remote) or you can't get to the actual TV watching. Anyway, the remote works great. I'm not smart enough for the TV.

Ordered, 10/29 Received, 11/2 the remote and it worked perfectly. A month or so later 12/6, it just stopped powering the tv on. I replaced the batteries and still nothing. I feel like I waisted my money, the time to return the remote expired. Saddening..

Where do I start? First, I waited 3 weeks for delivery, as opposed to the 4 days promised. OK, not their fault, but frustrating. More to the point, the remote is garbage. Does not work properly, and there are NO instructions or FAQ's. The "home" button does nothing but return you home to the network you were already watching - not to the Home screen. And it does so after about a 10 second delay! The settings button takes you home! Huh?? Half of the rest of the buttons don't work, and as I said no instructions ... what are the numbered buttons for?? About the only thing that worked was the volume and the power button. I'm sorry but it's a piece of garbage. Spend a little more and get something better. And hopefully without having to wait weeks.

I don't know what to say about the TV remote since I never received it even though it was supposed to be delivered in 2 days of making my purchase anywho today is the 4th of April and My package was supposed to be out for delivery today but somehow it was Not delivered and I was told that the actual tracking information said that it hadn't moved in a while Soo Yea anywho I'm not sure who's to blame for this situation whether it's the company that sells them or the company that fullfills the delivery of this remote or the Delivery Company for it possibly being lost somewhere in their system

The remove control does not work and the seller don't answer. It will be returned to Walmart

The remote came in just a plastic zip lock bag with no instructions or codes. The remote looked like it was a decent quality but I also struggled to get the battery compartment off.
