I was very impressed no programming or anything, beware they do not include batteries so be sure you have two AAA batteries. I just turned it on, it is a little bit sluggish for turning it on, but our TV is seven years old, I did not even check the model number. However, we have another Samsung in another bedroom that's about five years old and it works so I figured it would. Would recommend

Works perfect for our Samsung. We already had. Our original remote broke and this one works just fine.

The remote that came with my TV died after a couple of years. I replaced it with a Samsung original equipment remote, thinking it would be better than a cheaper generic model. Unfortunately, it died, too. So this time I decided to try this generic remote from Walmart. It was about half the price and so far, it's performing very well. I haven't had it long enough to know if it will stand the test of time, but right now I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Works perfect! I put batteries in it and it worked immediately, you don't even have to program it which was a plus.

I bought this to use on an old LN46A650 when the mute key quit on that TV's remote and other keys were getting iffy too. It does the job. The only annoyance is that the aspect ratio toggle no longer has its own key but is buried down in a menu. Maybe modern TVs take care of that automatically? It looks like the rubber keys will eventually lose their markings but by then I probably won't need them. BTW youtube has videos on repairing the key problem.

I didn't necessarily dislike this product I just could not use this product because I accidentally ordered the incorrect model that I needed.

Who sends a remote without instructions on how to set it up? Really disappointing and super inconvenient to send it back. Not the first issue Ive had with Walmart online but it will be the last time I give them a shot.
