Generic Vizio Universal Sound Bar Remote Control (New)

The controller itself worked perfectly, all the buttons work, just like my old controller did. Only thing I didn't realize was it didn't bring the batteries included but that wasn't a problem, other than that it works as mentioned.

I was so pleased that the remote worked right out of the pkg.Only needed to put in batteries ❣️

I'm not getting this remote five star rating only four because it worked if you want to turn your sound bar on and off, but it doesn't seem to do much of the other functions. You still have to use the TV remote to go from headphones to sound bar and speaker speakers, you can do the trouble in the base and the volume up and down. From the VIZIO website, so that's my reason for the four stars it does work and it has a nice feeling. I'm just disappointed that I still have to use the TV remote for other things for the sandbar and the subwoofer.

At this writing this remote will not pair with the Vizio unit. i have tried the pairing buttons on both the remote and the Vizio unit and it wont pair. Packaging was done poorly and it did NOT come with instructions. i will be returning this remote and cannot recommend. Another overlook on Walmarts part.

EQ button won't cycle through equalizer settings. The instructions in the user manual say to push the EQ button and then the up/down buttons to toggle through Music/Movie/Direct/Game. It doesn't work.

it says it for the model i have and i can only do about half if the functions as my original remote! teally not happy about this becaause it sounds like crap without having the option's my original did!
