Generic Vizio XRT303 Smart 3D TV Remote Control with Keyboard

It works as well as my old one if not better. It has a keyboard on the back, though I haven't figured out how to use it yet.

The perfect replacement for our lost OEM remote. The QWERTY keyboard on the back makes it ideal for watching Netflix. The $12 price tag makes it too good to pass up.

This remote automatically works with any vizio tv, once you put the batteries in. The keyboard is perfect for searching videos on youtube, makes the process a lot easier.

I just recently ordered a Vizio 32 " smart TV, Model 3E32H however I was so disappointed with the very slim (6 button remote) the remote has no numbers whatsoever, all it has is ( - and +) to access the channels, so disappointing!!! If I were to order the Vizio XRT 303 Smart TV Remote Control can it work on my TV?

This remote works, for the most part but the volume up key doesn't work every time. Not sure what the deal is as we have put brand new batteries in it. All of the other buttons work but that one and it is frustrating as I don't know how to get it replaced with a new one since this remote is not carried in any stores near me.

Not recommended by Visio. Did not identify as new or refurbished.

I've purchased a replacement controller before and it worked, however I put batteries in this one and it did NOT. To make matters worse, I have to pay postage and a 20% restocking fee to return it so I'm out almost $20 for nothing. AND there's no customer service or tech support to try and help me find out why it doesn't work!!! I'll NEVER purchase anything via WalMart's third party vendors ever again. I've learned my lesson...
