It stops working mid game sometimes not horribly but if bumped a little bit it'll stop working completely till I unplug it and plug it back in

USB connection has to be reset frequently to get the buttons to work. The green light flashes to let you know it's not working. This happened too often, so I returned it.

This controller does not work. Ive had it for three days. On the first day the arrow pad fell off while i was playing a game. which ive never had happen with a controller before. The second day my right joystick became bugged and would not stop making my character go in a complete clockwise circle no matter what i did. Most of the time i was not even touching the joystick and my character on any game would start spinning uncontrollably. And now on the third day not only does the left joystick not want to register at random times when i want it to move up down left or right, but i had became so frustrated so i checked the box it came in to find the number to call for the company, and of course there is no number there is no fax there is no email or website and they didnt even put the name of the company on the box. It also says that there is an instructions manual which normally has a number or something to get in contact with someone, but it didnt even come with the instructions manual which it says is included on the back of the box. I absolutely can not and will not be recommending this product to anyone.

1st controller I received the D/L diagonal on the left analog stick didn't work. Requested a replacement and the was sent another controller with the same defect. It has been over a month and I still haven't received a refund.
