A very NICE BIKE... My nephew LOVES IT. The quality is very comparable to the price of the bike.

My son loves his new bike. But the only thing thats wrong with it, is when you put it in the last gear (7). The chain pops off everytime.

Received the bike I had to go buy a tube because it had a hole in it when we took it out of the box, we aired it up when we went to give it to our grandson it was flat again.

The bike came in a busted up box with gaping holes and about half a roll of packaging tape holding it together. The bike had scrapes all over it. The seat, seat post, post clamp, assembly instructions

So disappointed! Bought this for my sons birthday and all he wanted was a mountain bike. The box was so damaged, parts literally lose all over the box and the bike has pink paint on it. The shock also shows it as orange in the picture which matches the rest of the bike however the shock is pink! I will not be buying for this company again and will be returning.

We purchased this and waited patiently to receive it. The instructions were written for 3 to 4 different kinds of bikes (brakes, tires etc). You are expected to figure out which kind you have as they are not labeled by model numbers. After going thru figuring out which directions applied to our model, we still had to take it to a bike shop due to a wobbling wheel. We then found out that it came with a bent wheel. We paid to make it rideable and then within 20 minutes of ride time, the rear brakes went completely out and the chain started to gunk up and not turn, all because of the cheap paint that was used on the fancy wheels. It literally came off like powder and left a trail. We decided to just return it and save the headaches. Even tho we are still out the money we paid for the bike shop, I don't regret returning it. It was an accident waiting to happen. Please don't waste your time or money. If I could give it zero stars I would. The only good quality about it is its looks, but since the paint comes off anyway, I can't even give it a star for that.

We were very displease with the delievery of this product. We had been searching for a new bike for our son all year and because of the shortages of bikes during 2020 We were very excited when this became available. The bike was a Christmas gift. My Husband and Son asembled this bike this morning. Parts were all over the box as if someone had returned the product. The whole entire front break pads and srews are missing. We are now unsure weather to just buy the front break asembly or return the bike. Very Displeased!

We received the back put together which was great- but had to bring it to a bike repair shop after my son tried it for 5 minutes. There was no oil in the fittings, the breaks were not connected and the gears were not shifting. Had to pay an additional $100 for the repairs when it could have been avoided if it had been assembled properly

We were expecting an aluminum frame as the description said and were Highly disappointed to find out it was steel instead. also had a broken rear shock bolt. anyone want a piece of Junk?
